Bought a pair of gloves (swordmaster guardians V2) that fell apart after two training sessions, not to mention the dye ran on my hands and kit!

I must apologize to the team for being irate, these gloves cost €150 and I was very frustrated with the quality.

The agent I spoke with was every professional, patient and took my complaints seriously, they acknowledged that the quality of the gloves was unacceptable and offered to send a replacement pair, even setting up an order that I received a confirmation for. They also escalated the concern to the manufacturer.

I voiced that I was afraid a replacement would just rip again and that credit or a refund would be more practical. They said they would be happy to process a refund after I sent back the ruined gloves (fair enough). I sent the gloves back after I had to take a break from correspondence due to vacation, they were very patient during this time. When I returned I sent them the gloves.

12 days later I receive a confirmation that my refund has been processed and that the order I mentioned above had shipped (at the time I though this was a quirk of the system, as I mentioned above, I hadn't requested a replacement)

The money landed in my account almost instantly and to my surprise, today I receive an email from Royal Mail saying my order from Fait D'Armes was out for delivery, I get to home to find that not only have they processed my refund, but they've also sent a replacement!

I'm gobsmacked, this is such a surprise and also, this pair of gloves appears to be made of a non-woven synthetic with rubber gripping compared to the last pair which were made of dyed suede (maybe my first pair was an older model) so it looks like this new pair may be stronger!

Couldn’t recommend this team enough, for the reasons above, its taken a couple of months all in, but I couldn’t be happier with this result, not to mention
you can’t beat £10 flat rate of delivery to the UK and 5% off your first order!

Ho ordinato una spada che non è mai arrivata, nonostante risulti consegnata il prodotto non è mai arrivato a destinazione e il venditore non ha saputo darmi nessun tipo di supporto, si è limitato a sostenere che il prodotto era stato consegnato e nonostante tutte le procedure di reclamo, la raccolta di documenti come prove e il disconoscimento della firma non mi ha aiutato in nessun modo.
A questo punto non posso più fidarmi ad effettuare ordini da loro.
Ordinate direttamente dai marchi dei produttori, scenderete di meno e avrete un servizio migliore.
Se si riuscirà ad avere una risoluzione del caso mi riservo di rivedere la recensione.

Les finitions laisses à desirer, dépôt de colle un peu partout, échardes métaliques, et donc j'ai dû limer les arêtes et enlever la colle moi-même 🤔

I saw all the good reviews and decided to order from Faits D'armes and can say that the items i received are GREAT and i got a discount... BUT!

I have spoken with Faits D'armes SO many times, i got billed TWICE, communication was a issue and lastly i didn't get the correct item...

The website works but service was a issue
