Dear Rashid,
First of all, we'd like to thank you for posting your comments, your voice matters, we welcome your further discussion about this issue, and respect your rating and review.
First, let's take a look at your stated 'poor quality' 3D printing: https://imgur.com/a/IdeHXKY , judging from the pictures, most of people will consider it as a normal result for sandstone 3D printing, layer lines might be visible if you observe it in a close range, but hey, it's 3D printed sandstone, not resin or some injection molded PVC action figure, right? Comparing with other 3D printed sandstone parts, I'd say it's beyond average result.
Here's our explanation:
1. 3D Printed Fullcolor sandstone surface is by nature porous, with visible layer lines. So it's not a poor print comparing to other sandstone prints.
2. You can say all the fullcolor sandstone quality sucks, indeed, there's no post processing method that can make it as beautiful as PVC injection molded action figures, but we've clearly reminded you about the possible outcome of sandstone, see this image: https://imgur.com/a/IdeHXKY, this part is even 'poorer' than your order, but you didn't say anything and proceed the purchase, does that mean you're fully aware of the 'poor result' you'll get?
3. About the overgluing issue: https://imgur.com/a/mS1ae8S, it's quite irelevant because your model has escape holes on the bottom, and the foot is supposed to be stick to a plate, a little bit of glue on the foot bottom doesn't affect the whole result at all.
In your order ticket, our team member has already explained to you that the layer lines are the natural result of 3D printed sandstone and we've shown you the examples before the purchase, you are fully aware of the result you will get, however you failed to provide a 'not poor' comparison which is made by fullcolor sandstone, we can just say your comment and rating is subjective, and somewhat biased due to your misunderstanding of the 3D printing process.
We are sorry that we cannot compromise to your refund request, if you need better quality, we can provide you with other material like polyjet fullcolor material, however it will still have visible layers and defects.
In general, 3D printed fullcolor sandstone is by natural having layer lines, and it doesn't have post-process to polish the surface, which you should have known because we showed you before your purchase, in this regard, we believe that your 1 star rating is a kind of retaliative action because that we refused your refund request, however you should really read our disclaimer and warm reminder before purchase, We'll be more careful when taking orders from clients that doesn't know 3D printing.
