Thank you for sending the outfit for my friend weddingbparty. It was ordered at the last minute and I was promised delivery in 5-7 days. The order was delivered 5th days which was so exciting. The fitting and colour was great. Good communication and perfect experience for me. Thank you so so much.

Ordered a Salwar Kameez in size small, but received pants that were too large and unwearable. Attempted to contact Fabricoz by email, however they ignored it.

They cannot make you anything if you are over a size 16 in the bust. I am normally an 18-20, but i have a larger bust. they didn't even offer to make me something else, even though i asked for other options and would be willing to pay more. I am very disappointed.

Exceptional costumer service, great price points, wonderful quality, lightning speed delivery.. just honestly overall awesome experience !

This is not a trustworthy business. I bought a dress which cost $126 with custom stitching. I received a dress that is 5 inches longer, 5 inches wider and it is so big that the waist sits on my hips. The pants are so wide that they fall off. I have shared pictures and send repeated e-mails asking to return the dress for a refund. They have not responded at all and have totally ignored me. They are not trustworthy and do not care about customers. They have charged me $126 for something that is unusable.

Received a perfect lehenga for my formal from fabricoz! The website was super easy to use. There were no issues and overall their products are beautiful and great fit with custom sizing available through online form. I was a bit worried because they are online only yet my Lehenga arrived quickly and it was absolutely lovely! ❤️Thank you so much Fabricoz.

I enjoyed shopping here because every dress is so beautiful. Delivery was on time. The quality of the dresses is awesome. I liked it so much.

I got text messages from DHL as the packet of clothes left your store and arrived to my address. In their last text I was told the exact time of the delivery. Very professional service from DHL and Fabricoz.com.

Amazing company. Ships fast for garments made to order. I recently found out they are now doing more casual day wear which is very exciting as they have lots of beautiful fine cottons. Love premium high thread count voiles or as they call it lawn. Just beautiful I look forward to more easy wear day items. Well done Fabricoz and thank you for your fantastic prices.

Horrible experience- lack of response from the company regarding returns process. They advise that they will refund the stitching cost but haven't done so yet - furthermore when asked to review the return request due to loose beads, they do not respond to your multiple email follow ups. Would rather save your time and shop elsewhere as this company does not have a phone number to call, so there is really no way to contact them and get a proper response.

What I ordered from the website and what I received are completely different colors, both the fabric and embroidery. There are stains on the clothes as well.

I also provided measurements for custom stitching, the sleeves are 2 inches too small around the upper arm... the length is many inches shorter as well...

Customer service tells me that they cannot refund due to store policy... this was a $200 purchase... I expected more...

Made another order with Fabricoz after lovely experience last time for my Eid dress. This time I ordered an Anarkali suit and just loved it. Got great complements and everyone liked it. Suits me so much :)

I was sent the wrong item. I was asked to submit proof which I did and no response since. Company Fabricoz is advertising free returns and 24 hrs response. Nothing is being done. No human available to speak with or contact phone or real time communication option.

Shipping time span - great, material - great. I'd love to give a 5 star for that.

However quality of the stitch and seams had issue in certain parts which I reported the same your of receiving the item asking "how can we fix this"
Didn't ask for refund at all but the email I received from the support team clearly overlooked my concern and photos and bluntly said we cannot refund..

I sent another email stating I never asked for refund, been 2 weeks, no response. Very poor customer service.

I've never met an overseas retailer that made me feel as assured as Fabricoz did. The customer service team was so fast and responsive. Shipping was super fast from India to the USA and the item I received was tailored so well and gorgeous. Will buy from them again!
