Callum at the garage was incredibly helpful. Explained an issue with my new clearly and was very thorough before undertaking any work. Would give 100% for service and time.

I would like to thank the young lad at the garage in Salisbury. My family were on the way down to Center Parcs on Tuesday morning and it came apparent that I needed my car looked at urgently as something was dragging along the bottom. The chap took a look straight away and fixed the problem within 10 minutes which meant we could get back on with our Journey without too much distribution. If this could be passed onto him somehow that would be great as I didn’t take his name.

I have my car serviced and MOT and would trust them 100%. They are honest and trustworthy.

On 26.7.2022 I booked online an MOT and interim service which I paid upfront for. The booking was for Sunday 7.7.2022. On Saturday 6.7.2022 I received an email at 08.30hrs reminding me of the appointment. So far so good. However at 17.11hrs Barry from Salisbury called me to say they couldn’t do the service element of the booking because they wouldn’t be able to get parts!! He offered me an alternative date of Wednesday 10.8.22. I duly brought my vehicle in today as soon as the branch opened to be told once again that they couldn’t do the service element because they only had an MOTer and a tyre fitter in!! Once again they could split the job or rebook it all for another day. I took the rebook for Monday 15.8.2022 but afterwards had second thoughts and cancelled and requested a refund via their central customer services.

I took my car to Formula 1 Autocentres for an MOT this morning and I can highly recommend them. The staff are friendly, very competent and nothing is too much trouble. Outstanding service. Thank you.

Judge for yourself. On the plus side, the work was done quickly and the MoT was competitively priced.

However, for a Citroen C3 Mk1, a common car which is generally easy and cheap to work on....
Change set of front brake pads : £96.49
Change front brake discs : £194.21
The main supplier to the trade sells the same pads at about £31 a set, the discs at £59 a pair. Including VAT. Retail.

I question this and am told that the job pricing is controlled by HO - they just select from a job menu which includes parts AND labour.
This means that both of these are treated as if done individually, while any competent mechanic knows that doing a disc change while also changing the pads should add no more than 10 minutes each side to the job.

Add a (budget) tyre replacement at £72 with balancing EXTRA at £12.50.

Having been refused a simple procedure on my car at Halfords, I popped into the Salisbury branch of Formula One Autocentre. The guys were so lovely and did the job there and then taking no more than 10 minutes. They even reversed my car back out as I am useless at reverse . Thank you all so much, I would definitely recommend you

Salisbury Branch Really helpful, cheerful, excellent service, I went in with a flat tyre, and knew that I needed to replace 2 tyres, I was seen immediately and left within the hour with 2 new tyres and a smile. will definitely use this branch again.

Got a flat, managed to fit us in really quickly. The job was done well and the team are really nice. Will use again

Had a warning light come up when out and about, so called into Salisbury branch. They were so helpful and friendly, sorted the problem and got me on my way as quickly as they could

The guys at the Salisbury Branch are superb.
Really helpful explaining my full service and MOT every step of the way. Found them by chance in lockdown when I had a puncture and they were so efficient then too.
Date in my diary for breaks and tyres check to keep everything up together for another years trouble free driving. Thank You Team Salisbury.

Booked mot and interim service.
Dropped car off at 8.30 and was told mot would be done first then service. At 12.24 was called and informed that the mot would not been done and to collect the car in 45 minutes as they was still working on the car.
I would of cancelled the booking if informed that the mot would not be done.
I would not recommend or use again.

unfortunately after visiting the new forest with my wife and two young children, we had found that one of my tires had a nail in it which was causing my tire to go flat. after trying to temporarily fix the problem myself with tire foam. we had managed to make it to this garage. they first stated that they was going to close soon, but after finding out that i had two children in the car, they offered to help me straight away with amazing customer service. they fixed the issue quicker than what it would have taken to wait for the AA to arrive. the quality of service i received at this store has definitely made me want to use their services again.
10/10 for the professionalism from the staff and how friendly they were to me anf my family.

Utterly useless waste of my time F1 autocentre in Salisbury Clearly fitting an EGR valve is too hard for them This website ( whocanfixmycar )quoted me £277 for an EGR replacement Went to garage to book in as didn't answer phone, told price was too cheap and they will get quote 4 days later hadn't heard from garage, rang Emily at Head Office to discuss why quote was regarded too cheap and not heard from garage She assured me she would chase Salisbury garage and get them to sort it and she was dissapointed in the level of service provided Despite this , still no contact many days later , given up with them and pursued the work elsewhere

Appalling service!! Booked in for mot and service arrived at 8.40am and told I would have to rebook as I was 10 min. Late. ( I was told to leave the car by 8.30 as they may need it all day) I took this to be just a request it was not an actual appointment time as they certainly would not have needed it all day, it was only a short service.I told the lad in reception what he could do with his rebooking and had the work carried out at Halfords autocentre.

Friendly staff, Tyres replaced quickly.

Really easy to book and order new tyres online on the day I wanted and best price I found. Work carried out quickly and very friendly staff on collection. Already got car booked in for mot and service in a few weeks time.

Excellent service from Salisbury F1 Autocentre. I had a problem with my brake lights, and having taken it to 2 other garages with no luck, I went to Salisbury F1 Autocentre. They looked at the car straight away, and found a loose connection which they rectified for me, and didn't charge me a penny! I will definitely take my car back there in future.
