I will not be using your business again, dishonesty goes no where in my world.

I placed an order online with Formula 1 and called to ask if I could collect the tyres directly. I was told they had to be fitted on-site, and an appointment was set for 12:30 PM the following day.

I called the garage directly to ask if I could bring the car in earlier because my MOT was due. Ryan advised me that one of their tyre-fitting machines was broken, but said he was happy to make an exception and let me take the tyres away if I signed a disclaimer. The next day came and went, and nobody bothered to call me with an update.

Fortunately, my car passed its MOT elsewhere, but I then had to go into the branch in person just to chase up my refund. I was told the store manager Ryan wasn't available because he was supporting another branch though even that seemed questionable. A new member of staff assured me I would receive my refund. But what boggles my mind is why the refund wasn't processed automatically the moment they knew the tyres hadn't even been delivered on my collection day!

This entire experience comes down to poor communication lead by Ryan, weak management, and a total lack of accountability.

It’s sad because large chains like this give garages a bad name, while smaller, hard-working independent garages do a much better job looking after their customers, but have to work hard to build the loyalty of customer due to bad experiences.

Ryan and Rami in Salisbury saved my day today!! I cannot thank them enough, particularly Ryan. The cap had come off my water reservoir. Despite it being the end of the day, Ryan came to where my car was parked, armed with a Plan A & B and managed to fit a new cap. He went above and beyond his remit and I am eternally grateful! Ryan is an absolute asset to this Company!! Thank you and my hero for the rest of the week! from Lucy, no longer stranded of Salisbury!

Ryan and the team have always been helpful and reliable when needing any work done. Very friendly, communicate well and do an excellent job. Have no hesitation in recommending and are my first choice now for car repairs.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! First time I went in and had a service last year. I collected the car after having friendly service, they explained they had checked the breaks and I may have needed some soon. I get back in the car and the break warning light was on. I was told there's nothing they could have done to it to make this happen despite there being no fault before. I then take it back in again, and they said it wasn't them and its faulty wiring and thought nothing of ut.

Then went in again for breaks and service, spending £1400. After getting the car back, the break was making contact, filter was damaged and the car now judders every time I accelerate. None of these issues were there before taking the car to them.

I took it back and was told that it was nothing they would have done despite there being no issue before taking the car in.

I now have a car that is more broken than when I took it in, can't afford to take it anywhere else now, and refused to even entertain the idea they have done anything wrong .

Don't take you car here, it will be more broken than when you take it in, and they will say "couldn't have been us" despite not having issues before going in.

I’ve popped in a couple of times with things I’ve needed checked out, on both occasions Rob has been super helpful, squeezed me in to have a look at the car and then shown me the issues. Can’t thank him enough! Brilliant customer service and always happy to help, fab team!

Bought 4 new tyres through Black Circles and chose Salisbury F1 Centre to fit them. Never been there before but all went very smoothly and happy with the service received. Great communication and the guys were very friendly and helpful, in fact, my battery died when I went to collect the car (it has done this a couple of times before, not the garage’s fault) but the kind gentleman who fitted the tyres (sorry, I did not get his name) brought his own car round to jump start mine, which I really appreciated. Thank you very much for all your help and advice! I would recommend this company.

I am very happy with the quality of service provided by Ryan and the team. They have serviced my Fiat 500 for the last couple of years and they take a pride in their work.

Really helpful and informative. I drove over some rubbish in the road that had fallen from a skip, this knocked the bottom cover of my car causing it to hang down and drag on the road. Although I didn't have an appointment they had my car up on a ramp and within fifteen minutes, sorted the problem and had me back on the road within half an hour.

Turned up with no appointment to get tyre pressure check , the centre was busy as always but Ryan checked pressures .returned later because a fog light had been pushed in when the car was washed Ryan spent time re-attaching a fog light. Always helpful. So great that Ryan consistently runs a business in Salisbury that provides such excellent service. Thank you.

The tyre on my trailer deflated as I drove through Salisbury yesterday. It’s a very small wheel and several tyre outlets were unable to help until I was incredibly lucky to encounter a chap called Ryan at the F1 reception who tried a number of ways to fix the problem. Eventually, using a bucket load of innovation and a polythene bag he managed to get air pressure into the tyre and I had a viable wheel again. I refitted the tyre to the trailer and as I was pulling the trailer back onto both wheels the other tyre deflated - without any hesitation Ryan fixed the second tyre using the same method and I was on my way. 5 stars for F1 Salisbury as a friendly and professional team; but particularly for Ryan’s good natured perseverance, professionalism and innovation. My mother-in-law recently took her car for an MOT, which it failed due to the brake calipers, discs, and pads needing replacement. She agreed to the repairs, assuming the quoted price was reasonable.

After she informed me of the total cost, I contacted the garage to verify the pricing. They confirmed that their parts were sourced from Euro Car Parts. However, a comparison showed a significant markup:
• Brake caliper: £121.99 (Euro Car Parts) – charged £291.60
• Discs: £13.49 – charged £218.00
• Pads: £38.19 – charged £106.80

The garage also stated that labour for all replacements totalled £94.20.

While I understand that garages apply a markup to cover overheads, the prices charged here are far beyond reasonable margins. I strongly advise others to exercise caution and confirm all costs before agreeing to any work at this establishment. They will take advantage out of you.

had my mot and service 20th october 2025.. couldn't fault the service on my car as they are on the competitive price but my car was clean when i bought it in the garage but when i collect it my car mat was really dirty with muds from their shoes and they just left the plastic cover on the drivers chair.. just frustrating coz they shouldn't leave it dirty like that especially beforehand it was really clean...

Have had the MOT and service done on my car today. There was work to be completed to get through the MOT but throughout the time spent waiting I was fully informed of the timescale and price. I am very pleased with the standard of work done . Have called in before to get tyres checked .The manager and his staff are always polite, friendly ,professional and trustworthy. Great job! I would highly recommend the Salisbury branch.

Brought the car in with a low pressure tyre warning - suspecting a slow puncture. They checked over everything, determined that it must be a sensor, advised me to check with a dealership and charged me nothing for their time. True gents.

We were in a spot of bother having a nail in our tyre! Ryan the manager was outstanding and dealt with sorting out a permanent fix immediately! I would highly recommend a brilliant service not to mention excellent customer service and all at a very competitive price!! They deserve 5 stars for sure!!😁👍

Travelling to Salisbury this morning our Mercedes was making a terrible clonking noise ..it was quite worrying
We pulled in and just by chance came across Formula one Auto centre Salisbury.
One of the guys said leave it with us and come back in @45 mins ..we had a coffee on our return, the car was test driven,up on the ramp and an inspection and fault was found and fixed.
We can't thank Robert and Andrew enough from being courteous,understanding and explaining the problem and solving the fault
We were on our way within an hour ...
