I had a nail in my tyre and turned up to kidderminster branch and the guy was friendly and so helpful and had my car fixed within 45 minutes. Really happy with the service. Would highly recommend and go back back to this branch.

Had a MOT here and it failed (that's not due to bad review) although all staff we very respectful.

I asked for a price to get my car back on the road and I am still awaiting the price.

Clearly business is that good they don't want you to do the 7 day free MOT return

I was staying in Wales when I hit a pothole and damaged 2 tyres. I was booked in at Formula One in Kidderminster by the breakdown company. I phoned Formula One and spoke to Paul, the manager, he was extremely helpful from the start. Unfortunately the breakdown company let me down on the Monday and we arrived at Formula One too late to get the tyres ordered for same day delivery. I do not know the local area so Paul not only sorted out the repair but also recommended a local hotel that I could book into for the night. On the Tuesday the tyres were delivered and fitted and I was back on the road by 4pm. Big thanks to Paul and his team.

I visited formula one to have my air conditioning sorted Paul was very good and efficient with good manners, I will definitely be returning.

I am a repeat order customer for Formula One Autocentre in Kidderminster as they always deliver an excellent service, at a reasonable price. I was looked after by Paul the manager today who could not have been more helpful and attentive. Big thumbs up to Formula One Autocentre Kidderminster.

Formula One Autocentre, Kidderminster, had the right replacement tyre in stock. It was fitted at once and all my tyre pressures checked. Friendly efficient service from Kevin and Dennis. I'll go there again.

I arrived at 10 o'clock Sunday morning with a puncture they fitted me a new tyre, and I was out at 10. 30 brilliant service. 😊😊😊😊👊👊👊👊

Excellent service. One new tyre needed and a puncture repaired. Very friendly staff, great price and dealt with very quick.

A very very long story short. I had 4 tyres fitted to my car at the Kidderminster branch. Upon driving away the TPMS failed. I returned the car and it was determined the the fitter had damaged the sensor. Over several return visits of TPMS sensors not arriving when they should or the fitter with the 'machine' to code it to the car wasn't there when I'd booked to be there with them and a visits to have a sensor fitted that was faulty out of the box apparently the fault was still not resolved. No communication with me during this time which would have saved many trips back to the center (Perhaps that's a ploy to wear your tyres out so you buy more quicker?)

This caused me to raise a complaint, the area manager for that branch advised I should get the issue repaired myself and send the bill to F1.

Took to my local garage who fitted a new working sensor and all resolved inside of half an hour. He did however remove a valve that F1 had left rolling around loose inside of the tyre!! God only know what could have happened at motorway speeds with a chunk of metal that is a valve bouncing around inside they tyre!!

Anyway all fixed and F1 have honored paying the bill. Needless to say I'll not be using them again for anything.

Two rather than one star given as the fitter was actually a nice guy but clearly had no support from the company and was having to deal with staff who were undertrained and not really that interested in their job as far as I could see.

Did what it said! Service/MOT booked online, team in Kidderminster where friendly and courteous. Kept us inform through out the day, had the car ready for us that afternoon

Sunday morning and an annoying random noise getting worse something to do with a wheel but who knew what. Drove into F1 Autocentre Kidderminster in frustration and worried it was something sinister. Kev identified and sorted within 20 minutes, absolutely brilliant service and peace of mind for me.
