Poor on the floor customer support at Fonthill
There was no on the floor support really, not even a single staff approached with a support. I relied on the website information entirely for the sofa I purchased just like an online purchase. The terms and conditions were not explained either at the counter before purchase.

We recently purchased a rug and a Tidal coffee table from EZ Living Interiors, and the entire experience was excellent thanks to Ian Taplin. Ian was extremely professional, transparent, and patient throughout the process. He clearly explained the store policies, including details around display piece discounts, and took the time to answer all our questions with honesty and care.
What stood out most was how approachable and knowledgeable he was — he genuinely listened to our concerns and guided us through everything in detail. It’s rare to come across such attentive customer service these days. We’re very happy with our purchase and the overall experience at EZ Living Interiors.

The bed we were told was easy to put…
The bed we were told was easy to put together 5 mins we were told but it was alot more complicated than just putting legs on it it took it 1.5 hrs. Once the bed was together its very comfortable

Great experience!
We bought the sofa last December, and everything is going well. The sofa is very comfortable and we get compliments every time.
I also had to reach out the customer support team to avail of the Guardsman service, and they were very friendly and helpful. I did have to follow up one time, but actions were taken immediately and I was able to create my account with Guardsman. I haven't used them yet (fortunately!) so I cannot comment on that, but so far, I had a great experience with EZ Living!

Unfortunately I received the wrong…
Unfortunately I received the wrong items after waiting a number of hours for home delivery.
I returned to the shop where I had placed the order and was told it was a mistake by the salesperson who inputted the wrong item number on the order.
I was then told I had ring customer service who asked me to write an email and include a picture of the incorrect items I received.
So even thought it was a clearly a mistake made by the salesperson in the shop, I was the one who had to correct the issue and take time out of my day to sort it out.
My point is that it should NOT be the responsibility of the customer to fix the problem that was clearly a mistake by the salesperson.
