the mattress has no support
The wrapped mattress was swimming in some yellow oil. It ruined my parquet and the wall. The mattress is very soft, uncomfortable, poor quality. Thank you

Good product and prices but misleading…
Good product and prices but misleading delivery times - website states "next day" or 1 to 2 days (no option for express delivery) but my order was split (no idea why) took 5 days for the first matress, 8 days for the second. Frustrating as my reason for choosing this company was the stated delivery time.

Hi Malcolm,
Thank you for your feedback.
We're pleased to hear that you were happy with the quality of our products and our prices, but we're sorry that the delivery did not meet your expectations.
We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive your order in separate deliveries, especially when you chose us based on the advertised delivery times. Unfortunately, on some occasions orders may be dispatched separately due to the size of the item, but we appreciate that this should have been communicated more clearly.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Your comments are valuable and will help us review both our delivery information and communication to provide a better experience for our customers.
Kind regards,
Lillia
Two 3 inch thick, Toppers from extreme Comfort Ltd
Ordered two Toppers from extreme comfort for our motorhome single beds. The size 71 x 30 x 3 inches.
Extremely quick delivery and really comfortable, Our painful hips and shoulders no longer a problem, really comfortable to sleep on . `The smell of the toppers on arrival was the usual foamy type smell, however after airing them for a few days the smell has diminished and is not a problem. So can recommend to anyone looking for a topper.

Hi Brian,
Thank you so much for your wonderful review!
We're delighted to hear that your new mattress toppers have made such a positive difference and that you're now sleeping much more comfortably without the discomfort in your hips and shoulders. It's also great to know they were a perfect fit for your motorhome beds and that you were pleased with the quick delivery.
Thank you for mentioning the initial foam smell as well. This is normal with new foam products and, as you found, it usually fades after airing for a few days.
We really appreciate your recommendation and hope you continue to enjoy many comfortable nights sleep. Thank you for choosing Extreme Comfort!

Too firm
Your service was good but the foam mattress topper was rather too firm, in fact it was no softer than the mattress that it was bought to top!

Hi Hague,
Thank you for your feedback.
We're pleased to hear you were happy with our service, although we're sorry the foam mattress topper didn't meet your expectations. We understand that comfort is very personal, and we're sorry it felt just as firm as your mattress rather than providing the extra softness you were looking for. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, as it helps us improve our products and service.
Kind regards,
Lillia
Delivery wasn’t great
Delivery wasn’t great, very slow, ordered two same items but each sent separately, poorly packaged.

Confusion with delivery was my only…
Confusion with delivery was my only problem.
When I ordered I was aware, because of topper size, I would need to be home to accept delivery. so when I was given the tracking number for my item I became confused. The item had been dispatched but the courier was waiting for delivery for 3 day!! when I e-mailed I did not get a reply until the item had been delivered. also the delivery time date was not forth coming. luckily my wife was in when it arrived.

Not delivered, no communication
No idea what the product is like - it hasn’t arrived and no replies to my emails asking where it is. Extreme comfort tracking says it was dispatched, but the courier’s website says they haven’t received it. Very disappointed.
