Resident Advisor communicated promptly, courteously and helped me figure out my issue super easily. I had a good experience communicating with their customer service via email.

Awful experience, first you must download the app to see the tickets, thanks for making me download a buggy app that have no purpose, this could be an email.
I buy 2 tickets so booth of them are at my name something could ONLY SEE once I installed the app on the email NEVER mention that I need to change the name of 2 tickets or any mention on the checkout or place to add my partner name, once we got the money we just don't care right?
For some arbitrary reason to change the name is only possible 24hs before the event. I was lucky? that I was looking at this 25hs before, that is when my luck ended THE APP DIDN'T ALLOW ME TO CHANGE THE NAMES.
Well 25 hours before the event you would expect contacting customer service can solve the issue right?

I've been to almost every House of Lunacy in the last three years. Me and my friends always buy extra because the tickets sell out instantly and we want to make sure we all have one. This time we did that, thinking we can resell the extra like usual. However, this time they released a third batch of tickets, so the resell never got triggered. Me and all my friends lost money. There's no way Lunacy doesn't know their capacity at this stage, this seems like a naked money grab. Refund my my 70 euro. I've been to Lunacy ten times but I won't be going again after this.
When seeing the reviews on here I’m seeing such nice customer service experiences but for me it’s not the case at all.
I’ve bought tickets which I couldn’t download so I needed to rebuy them at the door.
Asked for RA events to refund them as the tickets were not even scanned or downloaded but they only gave me robotic answers where in they send the policy. It’s not about policy it’s about a human experience where I tried to buy tickets and the app or website was not working in my favour. Even showing the bought tickets at the venue it was not working. So I’m throwing away money for nothing…
Such a shame that it was handled like this… won’t buy tickets from here again unfortunately

RA's resale system is a brilliant piece of engineering designed to extract maximum fees for zero manual effort. I recently returned two tickets via their automated queue. RA retained 15.3% (£4.60) in 'administrative fees.'
The 'Respectful' support team ignores the fact that they then charge the new buyer a second set of fees for the exact same tickets. That’s four fees for two entries. Claiming these are 'sunk costs' for an automated digital return is intellectually dishonest. It’s a 100% profit margin on a 'service' that has already been paid for. If you care about the community, stop taxing the fans twice for the same seat.
Absolutely awesome customer service, I made error ordering the wrong ticket type, still wanted the tickets, once I had repurchased and shown proof the very helpful Eleni sorted the refund, super quick, so helpful, customer service as it should be.
