The booking was so easy to do. Received confirmation straight away. All information was easy to find and follow. Pricing of our tour was very reasonable.

Did the flight over The Whitsundays and The Great Barrier Reef and it was the highlight of my trip. Perfect day to see the beautiful colours and landscape at their best. Definitely recommend.

There was a deal on one day pass for dreamworld. If you buy 3, they give 4. We were 6 of us. I bought 3 with deal and 2 for my kids individually. Also, they accept bnpl payment option. I was really lucky to find them in Google. Thanks ExOZ

Worst booking portal !!!
Bought Gold Coast combo theme park tickets online through Experience Oz expecting a smooth, family-friendly experience. Instead, it was a complete mess.
When we arrived at the theme park, the voucher provided had no barcode, and we were denied entry. Only after calling the number on the voucher were we told that Experience Oz does not provide online tickets and that we had to physically collect tickets from a kiosk in Surfers Paradise.
This critical information was never mentioned anywhere during the booking process or on the voucher. No instructions, no warning, nothing.
As a result, we had to travel 30 minutes each way with family, completely disrupting our plans and wasting valuable time and money. This is unacceptable for a company selling theme park tickets to tourists and families.
Poor communication, poor customer experience, and unnecessary stress. Would not recommend and will not use Experience Oz again.

Spoke to a lovely lady this morning who sorted it all out, happy days.
Payment failed to go through. 3rd time lucky using a different card. The original 2 are "pending" on my bank statement.
Don't feel confident using this company in future.
Will try to call tomorrow and sort it out, hopefully.

Delay in reply for purchased tickets
We purchased 2 adult tickets for the 2 day special at Dreamworld.
I put the incorrect email, I realised when my son did not recieve his tickets.
I emailed immediately the same day and we did not get a reply for atleast 4 days, then we finally recieved an email with the tickets but cannot open the tickets.
Have emailed again but we still have not had a reply.
