The initial experience started badly with the system not accepting booking but money was pending
Contacting them first person appeared to be working from home and could not here us
The second person contacted operator and made sure everything was organised and everything then went smoothly

False advertisement. It clearly says hotel pick up on the advert however once confirmed I was told I had to go to another hotel to get picked up and none of this is in the booking confirmation email. I only found out because I called to confirm my booking.

From the start great service from front…
From the start great service from front house ticketing service , thankyou ANNA, to the end of the day. had a change of return to an earlier boat , however not aware that, to catch an earlier boat home may not be the same boat that you came over on . be aware of that, as we missed the boat, no fault but mine, but Anna managed to fix it and get us home. Again very efficient , and obliging . the café and hire gear hut was more then helpful, food was great and service was fast even though it was school holidays and packed , weren't waiting to long. beautiful day out for myself and my family

Had a fantastic day on the Full Day Horizontal falls tour .
Multiple boat rides through Horizontal Falls , beautiful seaplane flights over magnificent scenery, breakfast on pontoon and lunch at Cignet Bay pearl farm and tour. On the way home in a great 4WD truck we had a look at beagle bay mother of pearl church.

Whales not co-operating
Unfortunately a very windy day at sea. Very uncomfortable trip hanging on to the seats to stop going overboard.
We can never trust mother nature to co-perate.
We did see two whales 500 metres away for or a brief moment.
