My retainers fit snugly and appear to be robust; the process of creating teeth impressions was very straightforward. The turnaround from order to delivery of retainers was 3.5 weeks which is sooner than I would have been able to arrange an initial orthodontist consultation anyway and was cheaper than they were offering.

Received everything quite fast. Didn't get an order confirmation for some reason. Other than that - grade A-service and equally good product..

Everything took long, sent od my impressions and it took them whole 2 weeks to get back to me to say I need to do it again as I needed a modified tray. By this time my teeth had moved so there was no point. Very disappointed

Very easy process and im very happy with the results. Much cheaper than the dentist!

Impression kit came fast

I would have wish for some email communication about when the impression kit has been received back by them and when the retainer will be delivered, for me this would make me wonder less about have they received my impression or when I should expect my retainer, as it took just short of 2 weeks.

I will be using them again though as the product is 10/10

Despite the retainer I ordered not fitting (which turned out to be my fault, messing up the impression). They were most helpful in getting the new impression kit and later the retainer sent out to me very quickly. The retainers now fit perfectly. Highly recommend

I ordered night guard kit. It took about 3 weeks overall to receive the final product. For some reason the last 2 teeth weren't included and I really needed them to be covered so now I have to pay again to get another guard somewhere else..

My retainers arrived Under 1st class next day delivery.
I ordered upper retainer with impressions provided. My dentist quoted me £ 250 just for upper retainers.
ET saved me £190 .

Great service, answered any queries I had instantly, and I am very happy with my retainer.

I still have not received my order. They have not responded to my messages and when I call them, I get sent to voicemail. I left a voicemail with my contact details asking for a call back but never got one. Honestly, starting to think it’s a scam, so will try to get my money back.

EDIT:
I emailed the email address I was given in response to this review. They responded within a day and I received my order the next day. Very convenient. Product is ok.
In my opinion, the customer service email needs to be on the website instead of that messaging box that clearly nobody checks.

Great alternative to having to wait for an appointment with an orthodontist (and by that time your teeth will move a little). Really helped me out as a uni student who was unable to travel to their usual orthodontist back home, and was half the price!

Really impressed with Everythingteeth, the price is so much better than what the dentist can offer & the service was excellent.

Unfortunately my initial retainer arrived with a slight fitting issue on the back left teeth. I emailed them to ask what could be done & they were prompt to send out a new mould set, with paid postage and a fast track priority to redo the retainer.

When the new retainer arrived thankfully the fit was perfect. Overall really impressed with the service and how helpful they were with the fitting issue.

Will be using them again in the future 100%! Thanks

I’ve send my retainer back for refund by Royal Mail next day delivery. A member of that company has signed for it as well. Yet it’s been a week and still have not refunded my money and stop replying to my email. Avoid spending your money here don’t waste it.

I don’t normally write reviews; however, I am very pleased with my new retainer.

I was in panic mode when I couldn’t find my retainer, and my orthodontist wanted to charge £150 for the replacement.

This retainer fit better than my old original. Although there’s some bad reviews on here, I would be ordering again should I need to.

Ordered two self impression kits on the 24th of Feb, shipping to Spain. Its the 15 of March today and I haven't heard anything from them... no email no nothing. Id highly consider that this was a scam if it wasn't for other peoples reviews. Been trying to call their number but I get sent to the voice mail every time and haven't heard anything even after filling up their help form on the site. Not sure what to expect, did I just loose my money?

It's been 14 days and I have still not received any update on my retainers.
