Clear instructions, good quality.

I have no received my order after 2 and a half weeks. Company is not reachable. I placed an order on 19/11/2023. I did not receive a confirmation email. I called the number on the website on 21/11/2023, no response, so I emailed the PayPal address of the company highlighting that I had not received a confirmation and I have still not had a response. Today I called the number on the website again, again no response. I’ve left a voice message. 2 and a half weeks with no confirmation or response is terrible.

I was very impressed with the service. We ordered a kit, and within a couple of days, it arrived with detailed instructions. Unfortunately, the tray in size M didn't fit for us. I requested a larger one, and again, within 2 days, it was delivered to us. The printing process was quite straightforward, and the mouth guard fits perfectly.

I ordered a custom fit 3mm night guard. The self impression was quick and easy, the finished product fits perfectly and is really comfortable. Great service.
Will use again.

Really good communication from initial order to collection and a very fast turnaround. The quality of the ‘trays’ is first class and would highly recommend as value and quality for money.

Good customer servuce

After I bought, I was looking through all the reviews and there were many negatives, but the kit came 2 days after I ordered and it was so easy to do. I sent off the kit and my retainer came about a week after I sent off which is very good as dentists usually take 1-2 weeks to arrive. This is so worth it for the price!

The bottom retainers are really good however my top ones are a bit loose and there are gaps that I can push air though we’re it isn’t fully moulded to my teeth.

Great customer service and did not have to wait long for the mouth guards to arrive.

Unfortunately my retainer cracked within a few months. I contacted the company to check general warranty terms and without purchasing the insurance, there is no warranty (my bad for not spending more money on this). Previous retainers that were made well by another company lasted me 4 years as I really look after them so these were particularly flimsy and not well made to only last a short time before breaking.
