Actually, it was a pleasant experience because I've had a similar issue with one of my former online bankers and I was never treated cordially as a customer. I left them ànd deleted their app forever.

What i can say for certain is that, it's fast and easy..I could send and receive funds easily through different countries without delay , the customer support team are good in case you have any issue's..it'll be resolved very quickly.

I wanted to sent a mobile money instead I made a wallet transfer. I logged a complain because the recipient has not receive the money after twenty four hours. Until an eversend agent told me it wasn't mobile money transfer I did. I checked and immediately realized it is true. She reversed the money back to my wallet and advised me to do it the correct way.

The solutions to my query was well explained and swift. Thank you.

The exchanges and virtual card creation and transactions are all great and it worked flawlessly on paying my VPS monthly subscriptions. So to me Eversend deserve the four stars since all that it offers worked but some are a little bit slow like the withdrawal of money to my local wallet takes some time to be processed.

I haven't been on the platform for long, but they seem to have good, responsive customer support, which is a big deal when you're facing any issues on online platforms or apps like this. I came across a small obstacle in opening my USD virtual account and when I tabled it to customer support, they responded with the help I needed and the issue was resolved in a short time—far shorter than most online platforms or apps of similar nature. I got my USD virtual account.
