Especially if you want to use it to receive USD payments, here's what'll happen to you, first your Eversend account will be blocked, you'll be asked to provide some details that won't even matter because they'll be rejected, after the details are provided, you'll be ghosted, no response from the email support no matter the amount of follow-ups you send. I just lost a job as a freelancer this way because of this bunch of corporate thieves. Don't look at the positive reviews, they're probably paid reviews.

It was a smooth process in get my request sorted. The customer service agent (Elizabeth) was very professional. She had the patience to assist me throughout the process.

The help I got from the support Elizabeth made it great. But the issue of not being able to change primary number should be worked on,in my case my primary number was given away by the network,that is something out of my control. But it seems you guys have no option to change primary number. So what happens when you guys ask for 2fa? Or what happens when you locke out of my account and send code to number I no longer have?Kindly review. It was also frustrating to have to take over 3 hours to deposit just 4$. Why ask for a lot of documents for very little money ? If you guys make your platform very very strict you will take the reason why we use platforms like yours and run away from banks, right now if youhave such red tape it means I cannot risk to give someone my tag to send a lot of money

L'application est bonne sauf la supression des cartes que je déplore. Vous devriez enlever la règle qui supprime la carte après plusieurs tentatives infructueuses dû à un solde insuffisant. Sinon c'est cool.
