Ordered a new car from Chantelle at Evans Helshaw, Bury recently, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was knowledgeable about different model cars and answered all the questions we threw at her. We had a test drive which we had no time limit on, which helped us choose the correct car. Chantelle kept us informed about the delivery of the car ( which was initially 5 months but thankfully arrived after about 3 months). She contacted us to arrange a collection date, and all went smoothly. She talked us over the various controls and information about the car, again answering our many questions.
Overall a friendly, polite, knowledgeable and professional point of contact for us to have at Ford. A super clean and airy showroom was also noted.
Highly recommend this garage!

We visited the Evans Halshaw Bury Used Cars store last week and had a great experience with Leigh.

We went to the store with the exact car in mind and didn't have to wait long to test drive and make our minds up that we had found our dream car.

I havent bought a car in 6 years and this process was so easy with Leigh. Her customer experience is out of this world. We were so thankful for her kind attitude and understanding and she helped us greatly. We had a small issue with one of the sealants to which Leigh quickly went and sorted with the valet team so we could drive away happy.

We love the car, the service was brilliant so an all round great experience! Thank you!

The service quality was not very pleasant. Charged me for the wash and vac, but it wasn’t washed properly, nor was it vacuumed at all. I had to ask for the stamp in the service book, then they did it, but also stamp wasn’t clear no ink in the stamp. Which was disappointed.

Claire in services department is rude and her customer service skills are appalling. Formal complaint be sent.

We travelled from Yorkshire to view a car, and Leigh Rennie took ownership of our enquiry. From our first interaction, she was highly professional, and extremely engaging. We concluded the deal on Monday, but only when we got home, did we notice that the parcel shelf was missing. We contacted Leigh, and her response was outstanding. She took ownership of the problem, she took responsibility for resolution, she arranged for it to be delivered to our house (40 miles away), and it arrived today.
Occasionally, things go wrong - it’s how people respond that counts. Leigh’s response was exceptional - great customer service 👏👏👏

I recently purchased a Kia from Evans halshaw and found the process straight forward from start to finish.Ross was helpful and after the test drive made everything feel effortless.Collecting the car was also made very easy.Good dealership to deal with would recommend.

Customer service but not all staff we were told different days dates even when the car wasn't in the UK which built are hopes up but cannot fault Neil and Chanttel at the bury branch

Amazing customer service very smooth from start to finish

Great service from the sales team at Ford Bury.

Ordered a new fiesta in March which took two weeks for delivery. Car was delivered on time and full in depth tour of the car was given at handover by Chantelle to ensure I was comfortable with the new car. Follow up phone call received after a few days to see how I was getting on.

After a few months I needed something different so ordered a new focus in August through Cain and arrived with a few weeks time. Again great communication. Car was delivered on the date I was given and had updates throughout.

Follow up phone call again by Neil to see how I was getting on with the car and if I needed any assistance to get in contact.

Would definitely recommend Ford Bury. I’ve had numerous new cars and the two I have had from here have been easy, stress free experiences.

Great experience all round.
