I was helped by Ben, who was amazing all throughout. He sorted everything out and there was nothing I needed to do. Very informative, told me every step of each process. Went extra lengths to explain things. Didn’t pressure me either, gave me honest advice. Got things done very fast too.

This is the third garage I've been to for an issue on my car and next time it will be the first, Ben got back to my emails super quickly and got me straight in, the problem was fixed and he even took the time to help explain any additional questions i had about the car. really pleased with the level of service with both Ben and the service technician that worked on my car taking the time to explain what the were doing. this is what service should look like.

Dealt with Connor from initial enquiry all the way up to purchase of my new vehicle. Absolutely in love with my new car and Connor has been nothing short of amazing ! Quick professional response to emails, answered all questions was very informative about that whole process and products available. When got to store it was welcoming and I felt comfortable all the way through ! Thankyou Connor and Thankyou BYD !

Ana was incredible. Initially we raised the order with someone else and tbh we didn’t have much communication but then he left the branch. Soon as Ana came she took on my case and straight away emailed me introducing herself and said any questions just message her. There were a few hiccups along the way but these were completely out of the hands of Ana and she instantly went onto fix them and kept me informed along the way.
I’ve had many cars over the years and never experienced good communication like this. Thank you so much Ana!

I recently picked-up a BYD Atto 3 Design from Statstone BYD, and the experience from start to finish was outstanding. I worked with Ana, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and hassle-free. From the very first point of contact, she was professional, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer my questions, making me feel confident in my decision.

One of the highlights was how quickly everything came together. The car was available for immediate pickup, and I collected it on Saturday, 28th September. Ana made sure the entire handover process was seamless, walking me through all the features and making sure I was comfortable with the car before driving off. It’s rare to find such a high level of customer service these days, but Ana truly exceeded my expectations.

On Friday, I picked up my first EV, a BYD Seal Excellence, from Stranton Birmingham, and I wanted to take a moment to give a special shout-out to Ryan Fletcher. The service I received from the branch was exceptional, but Ryan truly went above and beyond. His dedication, timely updates, and supportive approach made the entire experience outstanding.

I genuinely appreciate the extra effort Ryan put in, along with the professional service from him and his colleagues. When I picked up the car, Ana was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and ready to answer any questions I had. Her expertise and willingness to assist made the handover process seamless.

Thank you, Ryan and Ana, for making this experience so smooth and enjoyable. While I typically change my car every couple of years and hope not to need to return too soon, if I do, it will be a pleasure to work with both of you again!

From the very beginning,the service from Birmingham had been terrible

I got past that but now, due to medical reasons I need to sell my car back. I have only driven 340 miles and they are taking £8k for that. Whilst I appreciate there would be some shortfall , this is a real rip off

To exacerbate , i came out of hospital and emailed my contact. He chose to ignore me so I called today only to be told he had gone on 2 weeks holiday

My health is failing fast and I need to settle my finances. I don’t have the money

Terrible treatment. Don’t buy a BYD !

I had requested a 24 hour test drive of the Atto 3 as I'm a Motability customer and have very specific needs that means a car can't be assessed for suitability in a normal spin round the block. I was told this wasn't possible originally and thought nothing more of it and just discounted the Atto 3 from my list.
Then I had an email from Harvey Ricketts out of the blue. He emailed me on his first day at BYD in Birmingham and offered me an extended 3 hour test drive. This was after 5PM on a Monday and at 9:30AM the next day I was sat in the Atto 3 giving it a really good, 3 hour test drive.
Harvey was so friendly and helpful and is an absolute credit to BYD. If you are planning on visiting the showroom I would ask for him directly!
