Got a parkingeye charge at Rivington services for being 10 mins over the 2 hour limit.
I appealed to Parkingeye as I was in Starbucks having a meeting which I proved with a recept. They reduced the fine to £20 so I got in touch with EG direct who quashed the fine.
Great customer service

These garages are getting way out of control, rude staff , expensive prices , then open and close at night when they feel like it, eg garage Heathrow south perimeter near freight area a complete nightmare. Always open as lots freight drivers delivery and airport staff ,that 2nights visited here ,fri joint gone a queue of people ,staff member extremely rude to customers I have my job todo blah blah, truck drivers in for coffee break highway workers pissed off with his attitude wouldn't even serve at window ,I've been here now 20mins guy came out girl on pump trying to get fuel , won't allow another worker at window trying to get served he came out and went in back again guy should change jobs , that's about 4 trucks driven in drove away and numerous cars and vans ,surely his boss should know by takings!!! Absolute shambles of a garage eg garages going downhill rapidly it's 1.20am 2nd June

Avoid working for them, stingy and will fight you tooth and nail to deny you your payslips and holiday pay when you leave

I was issued a 'drive off notice' by their chosen ANPR partner, VARS Technology.

I am still fighting it today, even though they bankrupted me when I attempted to appeal.

I now go elsewhere. There are other more humble organizations out there who deserve your business.

The ICO is currently investigating my complaint. I encourage you to also complain if you have had issues with Data Protection at these sites.

EG Bakewell in NT Australia made me scan my credit card twice - because they didnt think the first time worked. I went back same afternoon, they couldnt credit me, so had to get their IT dept at head office to organise it. 10 days later i call up to ask where it is, and they tell me their head office told them last week i had to go through my bank. Now my bank is gonna take 6-8 weeks to sort it out. EG - you suck. Now i will be getting charged interest on my credit card for this double up payment while i wait 2 months to get my money back.

Starbucks West Horndon Essex. Very grubby. Too many young people not knowing what they are doing. Bring back Mary!!

Service station on the E17 northbound, south of Antwerp.
The ladies toilets are a disgrace. They stink of urine and worse, and look as if they have not been properly cleaned in months.
There was no toilet paper.
The services on both sides of the motorway are housed in the ugliest buildings I have ever seen.
Dreadful. I will do my best never to use the again.
How the hell do they get away with such appalling standards of cleanliness?

Left the petrol station today embarrassed and extremely angry!

I parked at a pump as the other spaces not next to pumps were full!

I went in for some ice creams and a drink on a very hot day! I told the man at the till, TWICE that I had no fuel, then as I'm about leave, he chases me out of the store demanding I pay for my fuel, I told him, AGAIN I didn't have any fuel and never to accuse me of something like that.

He said he'd check so I went back in with him, low and behold, no fuel - why couldn't he just check before accusing me of theft?! Never going back! Disgusting

EG garage at snetterton is appalling. The toilets are kept locked but customers are not informed about this. I stood with my 2 year old distressed almost soiling herself. Staff could see us waiting but none of them told us it was kept locked or offered to open it. The lady was incredibly rude and unprofessional when I asked them what the situation was. Avoid! It’s supposed to be a services to provide a convenience when travelling!!

Avoid this company for your car, parcels, or anything else this company is so poor, disrespectful and commits fraud. A parcel from my business was left it has been in the store over 1 week yet they claim it was taken tracking still says it’s in their store, you call them they don’t pick up call head office they put you through they pick up

Seriously don’t use this company for anything staff are poor, no professionalism, lies and deceit

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Esso Euro Garages service station on Darby Road, Loughborough. On Friday, 24th May, I attempted to pay for my fuel at Store 1554 using my credit card, only to have the transaction declined. I then used my debit card to complete the purchase.

To my frustration, I later discovered that both my credit card and debit card have pending transactions for the same service. This means I have been effectively charged twice for a single transaction, which is unacceptable.

This issue has caused me significant inconvenience and stress, impacting my financial management and eroding my trust in Esso Euro Garages' payment systems. Such problems should not occur, and they reflect poorly on the reliability and efficiency of your service.

I strongly urge Esso Euro Garages to address and resolve this double-charging issue promptly. I expect a full refund for the erroneous charge and a review of your payment processes to prevent such incidents in the future.

Went into monmouth eurogarages to make a purchase which was £19 and handed over a Scottish £20 note (a new type ) to be told we dont accept these as we have no way of checking it is real and we have had a lot of fakes i did point out that it does have holograms on it which you cant fake to be told doesnt matter we dont accept it.Since learned that they also refuse Northern Irish notes as well, will never use eurogarages again because of their stereotyping of this sort.Just a thought do they refuse Bank of England notes because of fakes.think not

1 ster is nog te veel. Wat een ongelofelijk gore bende hier. Je betaald 0.80 cent en er is geen wc papier, alles (toilet, vloer, deur) zit onder de ontlasting. Overal ligt Toiletpapier echt te smerig voor woorden. Met kinderen helemaal niet aan te beginnen. Bedroevend dat je hier flink voor betaald.

We love this Starbucks, i work in city and have been to many many coffee shops but none above this one. Have been coming for nearly 7 or 8 years now with my wife and children. Especially because of the superb customer service from Mary, she genuinely makes us feel welcome and takes the extra step always, helping to turn a run of the mill franchise store into a local family feel whilst still maintaing such high level service. Without Mary , we would certainly be less inclined to come here

In snetterton there is a older lady that is so rude she is the most miserable person I have come across. The rest of the staff are nice.

Noori at hagley Road garage Stourbridge, was extremely helpful when I had a puncture, he helped me and waited until the recovery came to fix it.

I didn’t want to give a star but can’t write a review without one. EG garage M1 jcn 16. Fella switched my pump on and carried on filling shelves. I waited 10 minutes at the night pay window before he reappeared, he saw me but disappeared out the back, when he reappeared he went past the window and back to the shop area. I had to tap on the window, he looked over and carried on with the shelves. Eventually he came to the window, maybe 15 minutes after I’d filled up. He stared at me with hatred. He did not utter one word throughout. Rude, arrogant and ignorant. I will avoid this station at night in future.

Very Rude Staff of Euro Garage Hollinwood Oldham EG Group as an Asian employee at the till who is fraudster and lier as I put fuel in my car and make payment but I took Strusbuck coffee and coffee machine was out of milk didn't give me Coffee, this Asian guy at the Euro garage till was very rude and want charge me for the coffee which I didn't took but I have pay for my car fuel, that Fraud and Lier guy put my car number plate in watch list and report into system that I did not pay for the fuel and drive off, its disgusting and disappointing behaviour of EG euro Garage staff, the Management should look at it, and sack this kind of fraudster and lier employees.
Rubbish customer service.
