It's lovely to go to a station where its clean and tidy inside and out and always well stocked shelves, the staff are happy and pleasant to customers and always have a smile for people either popping in for fuel or a cheeky shop whilst they are there, all signs of great Managers past and present, Well done to all x

Went into petrol station Hallwood Link last Sunday evening to pay for petrol. Guy behind counter blurted out "why can't you walk" Because of course, I want to discuss my private medical information and history with a strange guy who is supposed to be serving me late at night in an isolated location. Then started to tell me I was beautiful. Ugh. Train your staff to have some respect and for god's sake respond to complaints. An absolutely disgusting company and employees have no respect for the privacy and safety of vulnerable women.

This used to be my regular place to go as close to home, and staff were always friendly and professional, and always a pleasant atmosphere. There is now a new manager in store who is very rude, doesn't even say hello, and makes drinks the way he wants, not the Starbucks way. If you complain and say drink not made properly, he says yes it is - take it or leave it!!! Most of the staff have left as a result of the new manager. I always check before visiting, if the new manager is in then I don't visit.
The date provided below is approximate - used to visit at least three times a week, but don't anymore - all because of the new manager.

Well we can still see these as the forecourt thieves the are with prices 12p more expensive on Petrol and even more on Diesel Its EG gruoup and BP garages that sting customers in this way. Go to mellors and save a bomb on fuel

Starbucks services located at North, Walton Highway, Wisbech PE14 7BD.
My wife had the worst experince at the toilets. No toilet paper, not an employee in sight to provide any loo roll (thankful for some napkins in the cafe), diarrhoea drips inside and outside of toilets, toilet seat covers that won't stay up long enough to get your backside near the bowl to do your business, no hand soap, filthy floors, and no hand dryer.
Quite dire.
The helpful feedback would be to clean your toilet facilities and ensure your employees maintain a cleaning rota.
It's hard to believe that the employees do not use the same toilets or don't require loo roll.

I stopped off at Monmouth South EG services on the A40 on Friday 12 May. I was shocked & disgusted by the filthy state of them! I walked through the store to the large area housing Greggs & Burger King. I bought a sandwich & a coffee from Greggs & went to sit down in the almost empty dining area. Every single table was dirty & the floor needed a good clean. I asked an assistant from Greggs if she could wipe down a table for me-she told me she was on her break then wiped a table for herself & sat down! I asked at both Greggs & the shop( Spar?) to speak to the services manager but was told he’d gone home. It was around 4pm. I then asked for a complaints form & no one knew where to find one so I was given a scrap of paper with the services name & Road number. What an horrendous experience! I will never stop at EG Services again.

Stopped using them for fuel as their prices are highest in the area. It also now appears they profit from selling Calor Gas nearly 20% mark up on the Calor’s published prices. It’s such a shame as this was a good garage until Euro Garages took over.

What a rip off outfit, using there totally excessive prices to subsidise asda, rip off issa bros

I brought a calor bottle from this organisation , I had a large bottle, and the only one they had in stock was a smaller one, I brought it on the promise of the cashier that the next time I could swap it back to the larger bottle, without paying any additional costs apart from the gas, I returned and told that’s not possible because I can only have the same size, I was asked for proof of the agreement, and a photograph, I went away and returned with the photo, only to be told of the bottle, but the attendant refused to sell me the larger bottle and we had an argument , he then refused to sell me anything, I have never been so humiliated and will never use this company or Asda ever again, because of Total Misrepresentation

I realised I lost my bank card after fuelling 15 pounds today. The attendant stated to leave my licence in lieu so I thought that's a relief and intended to return tomorrow when the bank opens. So at this stage I'm embarrassed but happy at the solution.

To my amazement, 2/3 hours later at 10.20 in the evening I've got the attendant and another man banging on my door, I explained from the window that I'm in bed and reiterated we would return and pay in the shop tomorrow as promised but they demanded payment there and then. This is caught on my cctv and was quite frightening. He stated it'll be 1000 pounds tomorrow and I can only pay between 1 and 6, so we had to pay him there and then.

I accept our error but this is surely not how esso/asda go about things. We are left truly scared by this experience.

Additionally, this company do not respond to complaint and the ICO will be informed regarding data breach. My solicitor stated that I should ring the police as the attendant took my property of the premises. There are no words to explain how bad this company are

Visited Shell, Brecon Road, Crickhowell Wales NP8 1DE on Monday with 2 other motorcyclists, all professional people. Utterly discriminatory garage. Two of us had flip up helmets which were up when we went into pay. It was a wet miserable day. Female cashier barked 'You should remove your helmets'. Faces were clearly visible for any CCTV and I just paid and left. The question I ask of this company is 'Do you ask Muslin women to remove their Burka's. I would hope not. Why treat motorcyclists any different. You have no knowing if anyone in a Burka or other headdress Cultural or not is going to rob the place, so totally unnecessary to single out motorcyclists.
Utterly in appropriate and will never visit this garage and would urge any motorcyclist to avoid. They clearly discriminate and don't like us so why spend money there. Alternative garage a short distance away on the approach to Abergavenny.

Baynards green service station / I have just left the cleanest and freashest toilet I have ever been in in anoeteol station, not to mention Leon’s coffee is delightful. Although the stock from the Asda refit wasn’t in, the staff were very helpful and friendly. I am glad we stopped and not waited for the services on the M40

Hi I have visited your store today at Bickenhill Airport esso station the coffee machine was not working and the customer service advisor was rude and when I told him coffee machine is faulty he replied that's not my fault you still have to pay up on that I explained to him coffee machine is faulty and it gave me quater of cup I was still charged for this service which I am not happy about. I have attached the invoice which says wasted and I been charged for it.

I’m paralysed and attended the Widney Lane garage Knowle, West Midlands. I complained about how I was treated at the garage, the manager contacted me and said I was mistaken then in an email called me a liar - quote “she’s lying”. I can’t get through to customer services. Luke Edwards also ridiculed me for my disability.

Wat apart, ik heb een review geschreven en m.i. foutloos. Als ik hem nu lees dan barst het van de fouten en ontbreken van tekstdelen. Mocht dit knullig overkomen dan is dit niet mijn bedoeling geweest.
Een review heb ik geschreven over de wasmogelijkheden in Huizen nh. Dat is echt om te huilen. Van de 5 plaatsen zijn er 3 dicht. Je wacht tot je een ons weegt. Ik heb vorig jaar 10 waskaarten gekocht in de veronderstelling dat alles duurder zou worden maar als ik de wachttijden in acht neem... Ik heb er enorm spijt van. Jan Moesman Huizen

Stopped EU services M61 North at 6.59pm went to Burger King and asked for burger meal. I was then asked if I would use the booth to order and she would show me how. I wanted a burger not a lesson in how not to give good service to a customer. I walked out.

No queue to buy lunch, prompt service, but not a single clean table to eat at. The services were really quiet and yet no one doing any cleaning of central area which can only be describes as filthy.

Avoid Euro Garages. Accused us of driving off and stealing petrol on a previous visit (could not provide any details or proof) and refused us service.
When we escalated this, turns out the information they had received from / shared with VAR Technology was incorrect.
Currently escalating through complaints due to their error and the subsequent stress it caused us.
