MISLEADING!!! I WANT A REFUND!!!
I’m very disappointed with my experience on this website. I believed I was applying for the official UK ETA, but later discovered that this is not the official government site. The service charged me nearly five times the official ETA fee (£16), which is extremely misleading for travellers who expect to deal directly with the UK government.
I request a full refund for this transaction, as I did not receive any added value or service beyond what the official website provides for a much lower price. Please process my refund promptly.

Totally misleading
Totally misleading, they don’t tell you the price before you actually enter your payment info and then they just charge you $119 for a $20 UK visa. Crazy.

This company is misleading and…
This company is misleading and predatory. I ended up being charged over $100 for an ETA application that normally costs £10–£16 through the official UK government site. They make their website look like a legitimate authority, and there is no clear warning that they are a third-party service.
Worse, they accepted highly sensitive passport information about my underage son – submitted without my knowledge or consent. This is a blatant violation of privacy and parental rights. I have demanded the immediate deletion of all data and a full refund, and I am considering legal action.
If you are reading this: DO NOT use this site. Go directly to gov.uk and avoid being scammed like we were.
Shame on this company for taking advantage of people, especially when it involves children's personal data. Absolutely disgraceful.

Borderline fraudulent, charge credit card an inflated amount of USD 119 for a service that costs on the UK Immigration website GBP 19. Very intransparent payment flow that charges your credit card before stating the exact amount. Website is designed to confuse the user into thinking that it is an official UK ETA service (despite the fine print at the bottom of their website)
