I am writing to make a formal complaint…

I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the service I received today while seeking immigration advice concerning my husband’s visa application to come to the UK.

The lawyer initially spoke with my husband before asking to speak with me directly. During this conversation, I was asked questions regarding my personal circumstances. I found the manner in which the lawyer spoke to me to be abrupt, rude, and highly unprofessional.

Rather than providing impartial legal advice, I felt that the lawyer was judgmental and appeared to blame me for the reasons my family is currently separated. His comments and tone made me feel uncomfortable and upset at what was already a difficult and emotional situation.

I believe that clients seeking legal advice should be treated with respect, sensitivity, and professionalism, regardless of their circumstances. Personal opinions and judgment should not form part of a professional consultation.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received and felt it was important to raise this matter formally.

Expert on his topic

I contacted Mr. Metin regarding my Skilled Worker visa and had his support throughout the process. As a perfectionist, I tend to want to understand every detail, and he was always patient, clear, and supportive in answering all my questions. He explained each step in a simple this made me feel much more comfortable.

Rude and unresponsive


I would like to share my negative experience with this firm. I am a specialist pediatrician. Before contacting this firm, I had consulted with many other consultancy firms to open a clinic in the UK. I found this firm through a friend's recommendation. When I asked for information, they only sent me their website. There was no information on the website except for consultation fees. I had previously consulted with other firms (non-Turkish, directly British firms) and received detailed information for free. However, this firm responded with the following: “We offer free consultancy; if you have a question, write to us, and we will send you an explanation. But if you want to have a meeting, normally other firms charge from £200, our meetings start from £15. This is equivalent to the cost of an ordinary Fish and Chips or hamburger nearby. If you cannot afford this, you can get information by reading our articles.” They are rude and disrespectful!

We would like to clarify that we provide free general information through our website and written materials on visa categories, job-related matters, and setting up a company in the UK. For detailed, personalised, one‑to‑one guidance, the only option is to book an appointment, as clearly stated in our information and pricing.

As a professional consultancy, we work during office hours on behalf of our existing clients, including in‑person meetings and active visa applications. For this reason, individual calls are only available at designated times and by appointment, and we are under no obligation to provide unlimited free consultations on demand.

Regarding our fees, our consultation prices are significantly lower than many other firms and being more affordable should not reasonably be viewed as a negative point. Our intention in mentioning this was to highlight that professional time and expertise have a cost, yet we still aim to keep our services accessible.

Just as in the medical profession, where patients are generally expected to book appointments and are not typically seen without one or given unlimited free consultations while the doctor is working with other patients, we also follow a structured and ethical appointment system. We believe that professional boundaries and respect for time are an important part of good practice in any regulated or specialist field. Due to confidentiality and the UK data protection framework, we cannot discuss personal circumstances or give specific advice while there are other people present in the room or outside proper appointment conditions. During your call, we explained that we were unable to provide detailed advice outside our appointment hours, and that any one‑to‑one, case‑specific discussion must take place in a pre‑booked consultation, at an appropriate time and in a suitable, confidential setting.
