I had a great experience with eShipper during a stressful international shipment from Dubai to Vancouver. My parcel was delayed due to adverse weather conditions and delays from the shipper, but the eShipper team stepped in and handled the situation professionally and efficiently. They helped expedite the shipment and even redirected the parcel to another location at my request, which made a huge difference (as receiving the package was time-sensitive). A special thanks to Nikhil Goenka, the manager, who was extremely supportive, responsive, and proactive throughout the process. His clear communication and willingness to help turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. I truly appreciate the level of customer service and would definitely recommend e-Shipping to anyone looking for reliable international shipping support.

I started a small business and wanted a more affordable way to ship my products. It took several tries to get a sales call booked from their website. I should have taken that as a sign. After getting the eshipper option integrated into my website, I saw that the USPS option was not available, which is the primary method my clients want to use. I had one contact person (Husein), who often took weeks to respond to emails and didn't respond to phone calls at all. I tried to use the general customer service number and even the tech support contact from the website integration meeting. They all referred me back to the one contact person that infrequently responded to me. In over 1 month, the USPS service option issues was NEVER RESOLVED. I then requested to have the eshipper integration removed from my website because clearly this was not going to work out. I can't even get clear instructions on how to do that. And my one contact person still has not responded even after I requested to have the service removed. I know I'm a small business and not as much as a priority as larger customers. But I was shocked that there was no other option for getting customer service than through one person that was unresponsive.

They are the worst shipping company, the way my Christmas was disappointing because of you guys, you company will get disappointed.

They advised us to include Ghee in our shipment from India to Vancouver, which led to a CFIA rejection and a CBSA hold. What followed was a five-month ordeal filled with silence, stress, and shattered expectations. I received a chilling notice from CBSA indicating: if I didn’t self-clear the shipment in one month, it would be destroyed—and I’d be liable for the destruction charges. Communication from Atlantic Courier vanished, and my hopes were hanging by a thread.
