Customer service is excellent, especially when you get to work with Keira.

Shipping is very slow. I just started using this supplier a few weeks back, and the review before mine are honest. I purchased a sample "overnight shipping" order along with a $120+ fee recently, and it did not happen overnight or not even close to it. Too be honest, I'm still waiting on this overnight shipping, and it's been about a week . It seems to be a good site to use as far as building your brand, but I'm not to statisified with how slow they are with shipping.

UPDATE: Keira has been on top of things and addressed the miscommunications we had with the team . Since then; Everything has been a breeze. I do feel like if you’re a new business owner; You should give them a chance especially if you’re into vegan-friendly products.

I've been eyeing this company for a long time. I asked for a lot of things, being that I have experience speaking with vendors for packaging. I'm also a pro-designer, and their platform to this day is still not user friendly. Images never really syncing the way they do. When asking to see if they are evening hiring, they didn't respond. Also only felt like its a one man team, the way it takes so long to get things. They did not have the capability to do custom printing on the secondary packaging (the boxes for those who don't know). Now that they do, they upped the prices on everything, including having that capability that I requested to print on secondary packaging on the highest tier. How are you going to do that, if customers are not getting their orders on time, and the quality is not even top tier worthy? Customers want the ease of wanting to trust a supplier that's not from China, and we can't even get that.

Horrible!!! They are slow with shipping and I’ve sent them serval emails wanting an update on my customers packages and they have not responded. The service started out good but now it’s horrible!!!!

I have been with this company for a long time. I find no fault in them . This is your business, I am incoprated have insurance , If I need help they will help me. Viaglamous is just the supplier, It is your responsibility to created your website, And to market, Some of my products are going to stores. This comany is not a bad company. I love them. I have learn so much from them

I’ve had such a great experience so far working with viaGlamour! They have a wonderful selection of products and their customer service agents are so responsive and helpful. Kiril was awesome helping me get my first order set up, helping me to understand the process, the shipping times, and following up on my order directly once it shipped! I was so grateful for their help, especially as I’m just getting started!

1- low quality products
2- uncompetitive prices
3- team of blackmailers. If you report them to shopify or write a negative review about them. They will blackmail you to delete your review. Otherwise, they will destroy your reputation.

I had a problem connecting my Squarespace with ViaGlamour. I wasn't able to add products, edit products etc. Kiera was helpful and kind. It took a couple of days to fix, with help from Squarespace, but Kiera was positive and helpful and assured me everything was getting fixed(I didn't see the results at the time, so I felt like I was in between a rock and a hard place). Thankfully, it is all fixed now and I am closer to publishing my store! :)

I am very impressed with their product line and the constant software upgrades they are implementing. Fingers crossed soon they will created their own image section where we can created our own designs for the packaging as opposed to going to a third party. Keira is absolutely incredible and always so helpful. Now is the hard work getting my brand out to the people and getting those sales in. Thank you for all you do ViaGlamour and Keira.

The support i recieve from ViaGlamour is second to none! Kiera is on hand 24/7 and the response speed is quite incredible. i have absolutely loved working with the team at ViaGlamour so far.....long my it continue

I can only say this App and the people behind it are fantastic. If you make an inquiry, after 10 minutes or so they are already back and super helpful. Ordered a few products and the quality is amazing, nothing less than big names. Very happy so far!

I loved the products that I got. This app has got to be Shopify’s best kept secret IMO. I couldn’t believe how much they did to help launch my shop. It’s not just that they have so many vegan products to choose from but there’s an entire section of the website where you can design the shipping boxes the products come in! I put my product samples in a box made with kraft material and my logo wrapped around it. Rose asked me to leave a review after I got her help putting swatches on my site. Everything so far had been amazing.

If I could give them 0 stars I would... I was so excited when I came across viaglamour. I was happy that I finally found a lab that could help my cosmetics line grow with all of their neat benefits when you sign up for the PRO PLAN, but soon after I was getting comfortable with them they kept proving to me that they don't really care about helping! SLOW replies to emails, I have to constantly bug them just to get a reply. I keep running into technical problems and they're so slow at fixing their mistakes with the site. We were told back in February that we would be able to change the design theme for our websites, but every month they keep pushing the date more and more further away.. When I ask them about it they will dance around your answer. And when they do reply their response is VERY SHORT. My latest issue now is trying to get photos uploaded to my site for new products but of course all of a sudden I don't have access to upload images like I once did before.. I don't even have access to "Publish" new products on my site...

PLEASE DO NOT waist your money with them. I've been with them for months now and I'm barely making any money from them. I was doing better and making more money doing everything on my own with Bigcartel. Please do not waist your time and money on this "lab"

The scrub is amazzzzzing, it’s really insane! I can’t stop coming back to smell it. Customer service is like always there and they are always helping me so I can build my own big beauty brand! I have been ordering from this site for over 3 years and the one thing I realized, on top of their great wholesale prices and customer service, they have great shipping discipline, and have never missing any of my orders. Let me tell you I have never had a customer service where I got a great response within two hours, I love how much they care about me. Like I know I can always call Keira to get design reviews, help with my site, and just chatter about how to build a brand. Its nice to get that support while planning everything. I can’t get enough of their products and of course I end up buying more items to try out my artwork ideas!!! Thhhaaaaaaannnnnkkk you!!!! 💛💙🤎❤️🖤🧡

I always prefer the ‘French Girl’ style of makeup application. The more simple the better. The sample pack I got was really nice and I like the ingredients they choose for my products. Simple and natural. Tyy 🥰🥰
