Esale  Anmeldelser

We chose Esale to sell our house and we couldn't have been happier with the service we received. David, Richard and the team were honest and highly professional from start to finish. We highly recommend Esale to sell your home and with a money back guarantee within 3 months should you change your mind it's a no brainer!

Fabulous value for money. Our house was on the market for over a year due to Brexit and Covid yet the service was excellent the whole time from all the team but particularly Dave as our main representative. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again and have recommended them to all our friends and family. Great value for money, great service

Dave, Mark and Kirsty provided a brilliant service from start to finish. Very good response times and a friendly and professional job throughout the whole process. Very good service when comparing to many of the local agents.

David and the team at Esale provided us with an excellent, friendly, professional service right from valuation, photography and advertising through to negotiations, sale and follow-up. We felt they provided the warm local estate agent with the efficiency and national service of an on-line agency. We highly recommend Esale.

Most local agents offered similar services at similar heavy prices (i.e. a percentage of the sale price) so we thought about considering an online agency. After much research we found Esale. The selling process was very easy with Esale, the photos of the home were professional, and any queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The price for the service was less than half that of a local agent and certainly value for money. For these reasons, I would highly recommend Esale.

David and the team were great throughout the whole purhcasing process. They facilitated great communication between the whole range of people needed for a smooth sale. I couldn't recommend their services highly enough.

I cannot thank Dave and Kirsty enough for the professional manner in which they sold my house. The write up was first class with wonderful photographs. A quick sale helped by excellent communication and follow ups between myself and the estate agents means that I highly recommend this online estate agents. A job well done. Thank you.

After much research I was happy to choose eSale to market my house. My circumstances changed so I had to ask for a refund under the 30 day money back guarantee, which they carried out with no problem. David was understanding and helpful thank you.

Very helpful & professional Estate Agents always kept well informed on everything. All the staff at Esale were so friendly would definately use again & would recommend to anyone.

Many thanks to Dave and the team for their outstanding service. My brother recommended I use Esale as he sold his property through them and I'm so glad I did. They have been professional, efficient and accommodating throughout and my house sold within 3 days and completed within 3 months so it couldn't have gone any smoother! Plus I saved a fortune on agents fees! I wouldn't consider using any other agent if I move again and would always recommend Esale for their first class service.

A fantastic service one again from esale, at a fraction of the cost of a high street agent.
I have used them in the past and have always found them to be very professional and proactive in progressing the sale and keeping me informed of developments.
There is always somebody with knowledge of your property on the end of the phone.
Thank you esale for another successful sale.

Amazing service from the house first going on the market right through to sale completing. Throughout the whole process we were kept up to date with the progress and there was always someone there to speak to or deal with query straight away if needed. Would Highly recommend

Esale have supported two sales for us during 2019. The first completed within 8 weeks from the first viewing (6 weeks from the buyer's first visit). The second (a more complex sale) saw them maintain their high level of support until an offer and exchange were achieved. The responsiveness of the team and the quality of their feedback has always been excellent. We thoroughly recommend them, and will certainly use them again in the future.

Having paid thousands of pounds to a local estate agent last time we sold a house we decided to try esale; I had done a least half the viewings in our previous sale as the estate agent sometimes didn't have anyone available or they were late arriving.
eSale were efficient and prompt from the start sending a good photographer to measure up and prepare photo's for online sales. We supplied our EPC and decided to do our own viewings but eSale can arrange both. Appointments were made efficiently and we were kept fully informed of feedback from viewings and progess when we had a buyer, with eSale chasing up when appropriate. We were very pleased with the service, especial thanks to Mark and David, we really did feel you had our best interests at heart.
I thoroughly recommend them.

We found Mark & Dave very helpful, polite and very informative at all times it made moving home a breeze and we have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Thank you for making our moving experience a pleasure 😀

Excellent service throughout. Dave and Mark were highly professional and looked after us extremely well during the purchase of our property.

Everyone at e-sales are great, they really look after you through the whole sales process and keep you fully informed.
I would not hesitate to recommend them.

A great experience using eSale UK. Much better than traditional estate agents. Mark was fantastic during the entire process from start to finish. Would recommend using eSale again.

eSale have been fantastic throughout the sale process, providing excellent advice prior to listing our property, a professional listing process and excellent support throughout the sales process. Mark and Dave have always been available to answer queries and deal with enquiries from buyers and have always provided clear communication. I recommend eSale without hesitation and will be using them again in future.

A fast and efficient service from the start to completion . Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
