I ordered a 18ct extra heavyweight 4mm wedding ring, supposed to arrive in 2 days but took 5 days. It only measures 3mm and is not heavytweight. Very disappointed will not use again or recommend.

Engagement ring
I initially visited the store looking to purchase an engagement ring for my partner. The stock I viewed didn't have exactly what I was looking for. Eleanor spoke to me and offered a lot of options, I chose the bespoke service they provided and got the exactly the right size stone and ring I was looking for and within my budget. Eleanor ensured I was given a first class service possible and I would happily come back to this store again in the future

Fantastic
I had a fantastic experience at the store last week. I came to look at a ring and had a very welcoming experience. Mason was amazing. I wasn’t rushed and he could not have been more helpful. He was extremely knowledgable providing me with lots of information about the stone, setting, how it was made etc. He certainly went the extra mile and exceeded my expectations. I look forward to my next visit.

Two lovely ladies Kate and Sam were very friendly and helped me with advise and suggestions. I certainly did not feel pressurised at any time to buy something I didn't want. I got exactly what I was looking for. The service was also excellent. My ring size wasn't available in store so they ordered it that day and it was delivered to shop by 9.00 am next day.

I had a day out with my wife at the city of York on the 8th of June called in Ernest Jones Jewellery shop decided to buy a diamond ring for the up coming date of our wedding anniversary, Clair the manager was very helpful and patient in our deciding on which ring to buy. Service WOW
I walked in to the store to find a engagement 💍 and was so welcomed by two members off staff. They showed me a few rings and helped me decide on two rings, they were so helpful and nice 👍. When I decided on a ring they were so helpful with my choice and asked if I wanted to see it on her hand (ellie) I knew that was the ring. The service from start to finish wasn't a 100% to be honest it was 100%. Thank you again you girls did good 🙏x
