Ordered the ring came in time and was pleased. However realised there was an imperfection in one of the stones. It was a different colour to the rest of the sapphires. I enquired about what could be done and was advised to return it via store or online. When I went to the store to return it. The gentleman viewing it had a look and said there was nothing wrong. I explained I wanted it to be perfect as it was to be an engagement ring. After a little conversation he expressed a clear distain for me wanting to return it over that. Another member of staff came along and immediately noticed the fault. The gentleman still refused to acknowledge it. After talking to the other member of staff it was explained that the ring was completely out of stock to replace it. She then attempted to see if they could resize one which I am now waiting to hear about. Upon concluding our conversation the man took over to take my details while he was doing so he told me if you weren’t to buy such a cheap ring you wouldn’t get these problems. I did not think that ring was cheap I was happy with that design that’s all that should matter surely? So now I am potentially stuck with a ring that is driving me insane and the constant fear that when I propose it is going to look cheap and not be liked! Always thought engagements were meant to be an exciting time?!

I bought a watch to celebrate a big birthday and retirement unfortunately because of COVID the experience wasn’t as special as I anticipated. However the assistant was very pleasant and helpful- I love the my watch. I would have appreciated a small free gift just to make it a more memorable occasion

What a warm welcoming shop..a breath of fresh air during COVID..a special shout out to Sarah whose product knowledge was fantastic..l took out a finance agreement which made my mind up about the expensive purchase of a designer watch..Everything was well explained and once I looked at the figures it was a no brainier..This Yorkshire lass is a credit to your company..thanks for a seamless experience..
