Ernest Jones - Leeds Shopping Centre Anmeldelser

I was under pressure to find quick little gift. I have walked in to Ernest Jones and found it straightaway. The customer service was great and my friend is very happy. Very smooth shopping and friendly customer service. Thank you

Very professional and courteous while helping me buy my new watch and get it resized to the perfect fit.

Well look after in what I was looking for and helpful in every way

Went to the Leeds branch white rise centre to purchase a replacement high-end watch for myself. I was given an appointment with Liam sales advisor, who extremely helpful, was made to feel at ease and nor rushed as I must've tried on at least a dozen watches including the omega 'no time to die' watch but due to not been satisfied with this particular watch Liam found me a very similar watch in the Tudor pelagos lhd which I purchased along with an omega speedmaster moon watch. Both of which I am very pleased with in fact I'm more than satisfied with. As I didn't expect to leave with two high end watches on my budget. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to get the best advice and support in purchasing a watch or any other i.e jewellery to visit the store at white rose centre and speaking to Liam or anybody working there, as he was very helpful, polite, wasn't pushy, very patient and the other staff there seem very helpful too.
I will definitely be visiting this store again in the future.

Excellent, friendly service from the Manager Jo and Sylus. Loving the ring.

We called in because I had seen a diamond ring on the Internet and wanted to look at it and try it on, it was a very special birthday coming up, all the staff couldn't have been any more professorial and helpful, so much so we end up buying a diamond ring and a Rado watch.

I had an excellent experience at the Le Vian collection at the White Rose Branch in Leeds .The team was extremely supportive and attentive what a wonderful experience

The sales person was knowledgeable and not pushy with the sales. Adam allowed us both time to try on and feel comfortable with our purchase. Great customer service.

How it should be

Great Service! Walking past seen a watch I really liked met by pleasant sales assistant, shown me the watches went through all different payment and insurance options! Adjusted the links on watch and on my way. Thanks for making it a pleasure to do business.

The service I received when I collected my ring was excellent.

The only down side was the time it took (ages) to get the till working and to make payment

I had seen some earrings for a friends birthday! Didn’t have them in store at WhiteRose but the staff were really helpful and ordered them in store for me! I was keep updated with emails to let me know they had been dispatched and arrived in store! Lovely earrings and happy customer.

The staff that served me were all very professional, friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend Ernest Jones to my family and friends.

Fantastic service from the staff at EJ. Bought an engagement ring and they pulled out all the stops to get the correct size delivered from another store. Fortunately she said yes!!

Staff at the store were very helpful and informative without being pushy, however I found the website to be terrible and not up to date with stock when ordering my wedding ring
