Ernest Jones - Chester Anmeldelser 

I called into the Chester Store to seek some advice regarding the cleaning of jewellery previously purchased from the same store and the adjusting of a watch strap, again previously purchased. I was greeted by the manager Andrew who couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. Whilst Andrew adjusted the strap I noticed an assistant Kim displaying a similar approach to more customers who entered the store. It is so refreshing to see the high levels of customer service being offered today by two individual members of staff from the same store. Congratulations Ernest Jones, the behaviour of your staff at the Chester store should be an example to many of the retailers today who's staff sadly don't display this level of professionalism.

From ordering to collecting my husband’s signet ring the service was excellent. I got the text to say it was ready, I wasn’t able to go in the next couple of days. They then rang to say they would post it out by courier if I’d like them to. I preferred to collect it with my husband, which I did. The ring is perfect & he loves it. Thank you Ernest Jones. I’m sure we’ll be back.

Fantastic experience visiting Ernest Jones in Chester today. The staff were warm, approachable, kind and helpful. Unbeatable service and care. The staff went out of their way to help me find a ring. I have never shopped in Ernest Jones before but will certainly return.

The person at the shop was very helpful, we tried two bracelets on my baby, one of those we chose to buy. But when we got home, had a look at the bracelet and he had given us the wrong one! One that we didn’t even try on my daughter! Very annoying as we were away on holiday, and it was a present from my mother in law, so we had to use one of our holiday days to go back to the shop to get the right one!

Went to the shop several times to look for wedding rings, ended up buying the ones we'd first spotted in there.
