No professionalism. I felt I am doing very big mistake by selecting this mortgage company.

Great Company always a pleasure to deal with. Matthew Webber is really good at what he does and if you don't understand he'll take the time to explain. Refinance went smooth.

I had an awful experience with my lender. She lost several of my papers, many with sensitive information on them. She also sent the wrong documents to me in more than one occasion. She was not timely in responding back to phone calls or emails and came to closing late.

Michael Storey and his processor, Shirley, we're great. From beginning to end it was an extremely easy process. Without hesitation, I will definitely recommend to anyone I know who is looking for a lender.

Everything went fairly smoothly, always a few hiccups in this type of transaction but compared to some of the horror show closings I've gone through in the past this one was great. Website for uploading docs is second to none and really sped the proces up a lot. Easy to understand and use - took docs right off my hard drive and sent them over, no mail, no copies, no faxing - very convenient

Led us through a complicated mortgage process with great results at the end.

EPM did everything to help us in the beginning. Once they knew they had our business and we were stuck, they started slacking and not telling us they needed things and not telling us what was happening and basically not communicating at all. For first time home buyer this was EXTREMELY frustrating. I will NEVER recommend EPM to anyone looking for mortgage services.

The team at Equity Prime Mortgage did a great job! I worked with several different team members at different phases of the mortgage process from initial estimates, to paperwork collection, and underwriting. Each member of the team was on top of every detail and I didn't need to re-explain anything. Besides the low interest rate, the biggest thing was the much lower than expected closing costs. They closed the deal on time!

As stated previously the staff was professional, personable and available to answer all my questions. The process was timely and painless.

As per my experience, I would say that equity prime mortgage company is the best mortgage company.

They led us through the process and educated us when we did not understand. They listened to our concerns and answered our questions. Their customer service is impeccable, to say the least. Equity prime changed the paperwork last minute to make it legal to keep $1500.00 of my money after telling me and my realtor that I was going to get it back. I was told of one HOA when there were 2 (found out during signing). I was also never advised of my residence being in a flood zone.When I sell I won't use either the same realtor or equity prime. Worst experience ever! None of them kept their word.

Sold my debt to another company 12 days after closing, didn't like the way it went down. New company called the first month the mortgage was due telling me I was delinquent never even heard of the company. Took over an hour on the phone to straighten everything out.

We had a great time working with equity prime mortgage. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and hard working. Would definitely recommend them to anyone we know. Thank you!

I reached out to Equity Prime in hope of getting a second on my home to consolidate some bills and do home improvements. Damien was my guy! Damien was able to refinance my home out of a ARM and get me the extra funds I wanted. He kept me in the loop the entire time and took the time to explain everything to me. He is amazing and I have referred several people to him.
