What made my experience so great? Two words: Lana William. She was responsible for handling my case and while initially I didn’t get the news I was hoping for, she remained calm and reassured me no hope was lost. She went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and genuinely happy with my financial plan moving forward. Notably, she was kind and soft spoken, but quick witted and astute—being able to easily explain the complexities of the process in a way that was easy to grasp and understand. I am extremely happy and lucky to have had the opportunity to discuss my finances with Lana. 6/5 stars ⭐️

I can't find this company anywhere
I can't find this company anywhere. The phone number they gave me does not work. I tried to reply to one of their emails. It came back as non, deliverable. My advice would be do not do business with this company. The paperwork they said I would get. I have never gotten, before my first payment came due, I have already put a stop payment on the company. Because there is no communication whatsoever. It's a good thing I saved every email that this representative sent me. But not being able to get ahold of them, it is a big red flag.

A scary gamble with high hopes!
Helen Smith is whom I delt with and she was very pleasant and patient throughout our nearly two hour conversation! The information was massive and quite honestly scary considering the potential harm that could be done if this turns out to be a scam. However I did not feel the expected pressure of urgency or rushing that is often associated with scammers! Instead she calmly addressed my concerns and offered understanding. I will undoubtedly refer other clients to her when this is all done and over with in the next 90 to 100 days in addition to updating this review to five stars with proof that is was not a scam and completely worth it. In the mean time I know what to expect and look forward to the better end result!
