As every customers from ePayments I also have to complain about this company.

Their automatic response is not satisfying.

No explanation except the first 2 months ago.
And then nothing.

I think they lost their banking authorization from financial authorities.

мошенники. заблокировали деньги на счетах и возвращать не собираются.

I will stop using this service as soon (or if) they unlock my account.
Not because of freezing of all activities, just because it is not respectful not to give the minimal updates to the client about the issue status resolution. To avoid the loss of the customers it is necessary to provide them with the news.

Before the problem they were the best online bank for me. Fast, professional and polite support. Hope that they are very close to solve the problem, and they will be fully functional very soon.

In February they've stopped operating normally. Users still cannot withdraw their money from ePayments. The company doesn't even specyfy when they are going to return users the funds. It lasts for 1.5 months already.

Can't withdraw funds.
A few weeks ago I received a payment via payments, and now I can't withdraw my own money from my account. Not even via crypto or bank transfer. These guys are freezing ppl's money in the middle of a world crisis.
I've seen this before. Alternative payments companies use us because some of us have no other option, and then freeze our money forever or make it so hard to withdraw that most ppl give up. It is ridiculous, honestly.

Please people can somebody help us to find information about this Epayments company, sudendly they frozen all the service and our money, and its been more than 2 months and no news, now answer, nothing.! please can somebody tell us any idea what to do!!

They will vanish with our money, people lets organize somehow to get our money with lawyer

4 stars because the company is having trouble right now. I was very satisfied with their service before. Hoping that they'd activate all accounts soon.

Arnaque. ils ont bloqué tous les comptes sans exception ( des millions de compte ) début février sans aucun préavis. Depuis aucune nouvelle. Aucun retrait n’est autorisé. Des mails automatiques qui mettent des jours à arriver et ne nous apprennent rien du tout sur la situation. Leur réponse ci dessous ne sera que mensonge comme toutes les infos visible sur leur blog mis à jour toutes les deux semaines. Une honte.
J’ai besoin de mon argent pour payer mon loyer je suis censé faire comment ? Inadmissible !
Même pas sûr que l’on reverra notre argent un jour. Et le moment où il vont réouvrir les comptes ( s’ils le font ) tout le monde va tout retirer. Ils feront faillite en un rien de temps.

Вывод средств запрещен. Этого достаточно понять что это кидалово. Представьте что вы отработали скажем месяц по 8 часов и когда пришло время зарплаты работоатель запретил вам её выдавать или банк вам не дает совершать операции с вашими средствами. По всей видимости ребята ждут кризиса, чтобы превратишь наши денежки в ничто и сухими выйти из воды. Никакие финансовые терминалы скорее всего не захотят работать с таким кошельком в дальнейшем. Остается надеятся что произойдет чудо и народу будет позволено вывести средства, что очень сомнительно

Is there any other alternative parties like ePayments there? If you know any, please recommend one!

They stole our money... IT'S A SCAM!

Обманули, заблокировали мой аккаунт, не могу вернуть деньги. На связь не выходят.

Just like many other people I do have my funds frozen with them and I am very unhappy for sure cause of that, please don't trust this people for now anyway for all possible reasons and select someone other to be there totally and completely. Thanks for that!

Воры!!! не знаю как теперь вернуть деньги,...
