They froze my account along with a million other accounts. They did not give me an advance notice and I have a 5 figure account. How dare you guys not give an advance notice of such a horrible thing to do. Apparently they have security flaws within their system so until they are fixed we can’t withdraw our funds. They also haven’t given an ETA of when we can access our accounts. Shame on you E payments.
Also, if anyone is opening a class action lawsuit I also want to be a part of it.

I just found my money frozen aswell today. Is there a way we can file a class action lawsuit together?

I signed up for an account with this company, but never made use of their services (because they weren't available in my location primarily) and I'm glad because Man, are they horrible! Their products always have issues (e.g. cards not being available, tech malfunctions) and they just had to suspend all their services due to a data breach or similar.

Они ссылаются на некие решения FCA своего регулятора, но при этом не указывают причин блокировки, говоря лишь об общих причинах - отмывание денег. Если кто-то отмывает деньги у вас, то блокируйте их, но не блокируйте всех! Это ставит крест на компании. Вернут ли деньги людям или это большой скам-проект - я не знаю! Одно хочу сказать - сейчас они украли наши деньги, просто украли. Я изменю или дополню отзыв, когда они вернут деньги!

I've been using ePayments for several years, and it WAS the greatest option for managing both crypto and fiat networth and exchange them between each other. Even it was sad to know that the regulator has banned all user activities, it was even worser that ePayments hasn't notified their users about possible restrictions in advance. Unprofessional.

Very, very, very bad situation. A lot of people have suffered because of what is happening with epayments. Personally, I have long stopped using this platform because of a small problem that happened a few months ago, while technical support did want to help me solve that problem. After which I withdrew all the funds and closed the account. At the moment I use another service called quppy. So far, no problems. The only thing I’m missing is the opportunity to issue debut cards, but in general it’s just an excellent service with very friendly technical support.

My account, like that of many others, was blocked without warning.
If and when it is restored, I will quickly withdraw everything I have and close the account.

В середине ноября подала заявку на верификацию.Вкратце : 13 февраля , я до сих пор не верифицирована , « приносим свои извинения за ожидание , нам потребуется ЕЩЕ НЕМНОГО времени на рассмотрение Вашей заявки». Со службой «поддержки» , которая ничем не помогла И не поддержала ,а лишь вымотала мои нервы , диалог длился 3 месяца.Любезный, но абсолютно безрезультатный диалог. Я находилась за границей, и с добыванием всех нужных документов были проблемы , но были альтернативы этим документам, которые , в процессе оказались не подходящими. Спустя месяц после подачи заявки я вернулась домой, специально ездила в гос.органы переделывать прописку, после чего выслала ее « поддержке» которая по сей день , второй месяц занимается рассмотрением этой прописки, и третий месяц заявкой в целом. Обещая рассмотреть заявку в течении 1-3 или пусть даже 3-5 дней , ответ я ждала неделю, если , порой ,не больше. Не знаю, что могло ТАК задержать или утруднить процесс моей верификации после внесения ВСЕХ нужных документов. Верификацию я так и не дождалась, за то каждый день получала уведомления о «задержках» , «проблемах» а то и вовсе невозможности в процессе транзакций на сайте. Даже не будучи пользователем на тот момент меня уже это насторожило и взбесило. Кстати, на днях получила эмейл от них, что счета всех клиентов будут заморожены на период неограниченных во времени технических в системе , цитирую « мы, к сожалению, приняли трудное решение приостановить деятельность по счетам клиентов ... .Во время этой приостановки клиенты не смогут переводить,совершать сделает , снимать или вносить средства и использовать свои карты.».Даю одну звезду за что тех.поддержка в принципе вышла на контакт и хотя бы пыталась помочь ( по крайней мере,хочется в это верить). Но с другой стороны 3 месяца водила за нос, не объясняя в чем причина столь длительного рассмотрения моих документов. Надоело ждать, нашла другой подходящий способ вывода денег. Никакой рекламы, просто скажу, что верифицировали меня действительно за 3 дня, при этом требовалось указать откуда и за что я буду получать переводы, фото паспорта/удостоверения , фото прописки или счета за квартиру ( есть возможность нотариального договора об аренде жилья), и за три дня я имею НАКОНЕЦ ТО свой электронный счёт. С epayments связываться больше не буду, и советовать кому-то тоже не стану .

Once a scam always a scam. Good luck getting your money out of these guys. Mine was one in a “million” frozen accounts.

Yesterday my account as everyone elses been bloked with my money in it. Zero notice in advance, just bloked. Tried to call them and its not a phone but a fax answering. Emailed to them and they send back a copy of same message which we all have hanging on our accounts, i have bad feeling about this..

Banks and payment providers have total control over us. ePayments simply lock our accounts without warning because this step was planned before. The terms are always designed for the benefit of the provider. Can you imagine how it makes customers feel now without money to eat and pay rent. Many rely on the money to live and have trusted you because it is an FCA regulated company. I think it is best not to trust a financial companies anymore and only use crypto hard wallets.

My account was locked without any notice and without the possibility of withdrawing my balance. This is not a company with the client's best interest at heart. In the event they will ever unlock my account, I will stop using them.

In case there will be a joint lawsuit, I will be sure to join it.

My account was blocked today. I got such letter: Following a review by the Financial Conduct Authority ('FCA') of ePayments Systems Limited's ('ePayments') anti-money laundering systems and controls, a number of weaknesses have been identified which require urgent remediation to ensure that our customers can enjoy a safe and secure platform.

11Feb 2020 my account was blocked with money on it. I can not use my MasterCard any more.

i think every clients will lose the balance.

I used ePayments for 1.5 year. After announcement about accounts suspending I was very frustrated, because they didn't notify clients in advance. How can I keep using this system after such a big FAIL ?

Народ, сочное швырялось! Будьте осторожны. Не дают выводить деньги под любым предлогом.. им не повезло в одном-у меня офис в Лондоне свой, нагну как березку у реки.... будьте внимательны!

Blocked all customers accounts for no reason with all money. It's a SCAM.

Blocked my account for no clear reason. I have a 5-figure amount on my account and have been using this service for over two years, yet they just locked the account down without notifying me in advance. The only thing that I can do is view my transaction history and whenever I click on "Transfer" it displays "Carrying out this operation is not available".

Please unblock my account immediately.
