Quick service, great quality product. This is the second time for me using this company. Would recommend 100% The only negative point is the gift wrapping service. I wouldn't bother again. Very expensive, for a tiny bit of wrapping paper with a cheap gift tag. I actually took it off and will wrap it myself. Waste of £5 especially how much I paid for the wallet. Should come free. This is still a positive review though, everything else was perfect 👌 beautifully boxed, you can see the quality of the product. I will definitely use them again. It would be 5 star if not for the gift wrap

When my order arrived wrong I was disappointed , I emailed straight away, they then rang my mobile, this was Friday before Christmas, the man asked me to send it straight back and he would fix the mistake and get it back to me by Christmas, well it arrived today in time for Christmas, wow that's what I call service, thankyou will definitely use again, highly recommend

I phoned ahead of ordering and staff were very helpful. They checked stock whilst I was on the phone and confirmed a prompt delivery. Ordered online once I’d checked a few things around engraving and pleasantly surprised that my vase was shipped the next day. Beautiful vase and great service. Recommend without doubt.
