The service was prompt and professional. I was asked to review my order before it was dispatched and a change was made on my request. The box was for a friend and colleague who is a RN veteran and serving Police Officer and the box was for his well earned medals. He became emotional when the box was presented to him. This was the third time I have used this company, and asked her to produce a ‘Warrior’ medal box for me, as part of a leaving gift.
Each time the service was both personal and professional. And the product supplied was produced to a great standard.

Great service from beginning to end. Website made it easy to find what I needed and place an order. It was acknowledged straight away. I received a template of the engraving to confirm it was correct and received the final product a few days later, securely packaged and recorded delivery. Julie was really responsive and maintained good communication throughout (also very patient when we were umm-ing and aah-ing over the design!). Very quick service, slick delivery, and the Mess Box itself with engraving was absolutely lovely - really smart-looking.
