Really happy with my personalised key ring. It took slightly longer to arrive than the 5-7 business day. I contacted them and they were quick to reply and helpful.

Absolutely crap! Waiting for my order for two weeks, which was meant to be a FATHER'S DAY GIFT! Money has been taken out my account and customer services have not responded to my emails! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Overall very pleased with the product. It is good price compared to competitors, however it did take a few days extra than the terms to arrive but good and fast communication when I queried the whereabouts of the item.

Ordered a key ring 3 weeks ago. Nothing has arrived yet though it’s apparently shipped out 15 days ago. Sent an email and got a respond saying to wait for an additional 2 weeks and let them know if it doesn’t arrive. They would then send
out another item. Not sure what to do now as this was supposed to be a valentine’s day present and the day is coming closer. Order from another company? Or wait? Reading the reviews just know made me realize how awful this company really is. DO NOT ORDER THERE!

Update: It did arrive and I figured out the problem. It’s a co.uk website so of course I assumed they would send this from the UK. It’s not. It’s came from Switzerland and therefore had to go through customs etc.

The product is smaller than I though and arrived slightly scratched. But not as bad as I thought reading those reviews here. Would I order again, probably not. But at least it arrived.

Absolutely disgusted with what I've received. I ordered 9th Dec and finally received a keyring today (23rd Dec). The keyring looks like something dug up from the ground following some tragic event several hundred years ago. Image is unrecognisable; it's light as a feather, more like some plastic thing you get from an arcade machine; it's scratched and tacky as hell. Terrible product, terrible quality, terrible delivery and service. To say I am insulted is an understatement. Save your money (and time).

Will never order from this joke of a company again! Over 2 weeks been waiting for my order, contact support for 2nd time to be told to wait EVEN LONGER!
Don’t order from this company there are far better more professional company’s that do the same things

I ordered my keyring which was easy to personalise.
Although I had to wait a bit longer than the stated delivery time (7 to 10 days), the item finally arrived and was beautifully presented. Quite pleased with the whole experience!

Havin used Engraved key rings for the first time, I am highly impressed with the workmanship of the key ring I purchased. Exactly like the photo I sent. Would definitely recommend and they make the perfect gift.
I am also delighted with the very quick response to my emails.

Close to a month since item supposedly shipped. No updates, no item, no response from the company. Will be contacting my bank and reporting the site as fraudulent.
