Dealing with The English Tapware Company as an interstate customer right in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic could have been a disaster waiting to happen! After all, I only ever shop in "bricks and mortar" retail.
Not so.
Salesperson Emily was an absolute dream to deal with over the phone and email. She knew everything I needed to know and was able to help me from beginning to end. It made the transaction seamless.
Needless to say, my new kitchen tap is stunning and I couldn't be happier with the service and product I received.

Very very helpful with suggestions, contact and delivery. Really high quality products.

A beautifully presented Melbourne showroom with a warm and friendly welcome every time. The representatives are very knowledgeable and always happy to provide input into any project. Highly recommended for refined classic fixtures and fittings selections in finishes and quality that surpasses many others, many of which still hand made and finished in time-honoured traditions and contemporary methods.

Amazing product of great quality!
