I ordered my sheets but did not receive any updates about the order after it was confirmed so I contacted them for an update and they responded within a day that they would follow up. I didnt receive any more emails after that but did receive updates regarding shipping and delivery. Although the order was delayed, when I finally received my bamboo sheets they were a bit silkier than I expected but after sleeping in them for one night I was pleasantly surprised. They were so cosy and comfortable and I really love the colour. The flat sheet is stitched the same all the way round and doesn't have a border or anything which I think would've been nicer but it's not a big deal. Overall, I am very happy with the sheets.

They could not have been more helpful when i had issues with an unknown not in my card and had to notify the bank. They were incredibly prompt and helpful and thorough! This was in Australia so i hope that makes a difference to others opinions.

Lovely sheets and a great deep fit, colour matches the pictures they are fabulous and will buy more.

Orders arrived reasonably promptly, however once we opened all packages we discovered:
- colours not matching from sheets to doona covers
- flat sheets were just a big square without the proper top
- labelled microfibre not bamboo
After researching a couple of the packets online found that these are not Adoreearth but another brand.
Emailed over three weeks and was able to return all goods but then received silence. As by this stage I had read other reviews, I initiated a chargeback through my bank which was successful.
Avoid at all costs….

Good price and great service… Sheets are beautiful to sleep in, sooo smooth and silky feeling. Have washed well too.

I can not believe this is a Australia company first of all, very disappointing they never replied to my many emails until I said I would go further. Finally got my sheet and The packaging was cheap. Like it's from some cheap overseas product. Now unfortunately I had worst sleep ever, it was hot and because I have lumbar scoliosis, it has made me worst than iv ever been. I do not recommend this product for any person that has spine or muscle troubles. Please don't buy it.

Just got my third set of bamboo sheets and absolutely love them. They are so soft and really help with regulating your body temperature throughout the whole night.

Received my sheets and mattress topper reasonably quick and great online service.
The only thing I was missing was the turn back on the top sheet.

Nothing to adore about Adorearth. A total SCAM company. Avoid at all costs!! I ordered a double bed mattress topper. It never arrived. Received messages from their courier company stating the order couldn’t be delivered to the address provided. Advised Adorearth who assured me that the order would be delivered. Website claims 5-8 days delivery within Australia. Order not received after 2 weeks & then message received that order was being returned to sender. Adorearth assured me that order was still scheduled to be delivered & to ignore the tracking status. Tracking showed order arrived in Perth and then Adelaide. Adorearth continued to assure me that the tracking sequencing was inaccurate and order still due to be delivered to me. Tried phoning Adorearth, but straight to voicemail. All email responses assured that the order was being given priority, it would be delivered to me & that would keep me updated. None of these things happened. Fortunately, I was able to lodge a disputed transaction with my bank who have refunded the money STOLEN from me. Please do not order any products from this company. A google search of their company address shows a rural property. I will be checking out this address in person in the near future when I m in Victoria

This company is a scam! They sent me a cheap microfibre quilt set instead of the bamboo set i ordered. After being assured that they would rectify the issue and send me the correct bamboo set, I sent back the incorrect product but never received a replacement or refund.

Amazing cool bamboo sheets. We love this product so much we have bought another set.

Do not buy you will regret. Quality of sheets are terrible - instead of cooling they make everything hot and sweaty. They don't fit bed properly - they're constantly loose. Have tried for months to get refund - 6 emails, Webform etc and other than one response last week saying they'd process as soon as possible nothing. Absolute sham.

Wish I had read here 1st.
Have tried to return sheets over 2 weeks its like pulling teeth trying to get a retun addy...so iv still got sheets atm...will contact consumer affairs nxt week.
Not worth the hassel

They sent me the proper sheets that are bamboo and then they sent me $25-$40 quilt covers from eBay it still had eBay packaging, I have sent several emails and they won’t respond, I’ve called them several times and they have hung up on me without saying a word. I paid nearly $200 for the bed covers. Absolutely furious. Shitty company that can’t be trusted. You don’t know if you’ll get the quality sheets and covers or not I have been a loyal customer for a while and they have just completely ignored emails and phone calls.

Do not trust this company.
They sell misleading products. They claim organic and bamboo - but received a cotton rug. They claimed made in Australia - actually made in china. The quality when you receive the look a like cheap product is horrible. Nothing compared to the pictures. I have the evidence to prove it.
They do not answer calls or emails.
They will take your money.
I don’t know how they rest their head at night.

Sheets looked really good when taken out of packaging but stretched really badly in the first night. Wrinkled & not at all easy to make the bed. Can’t imagine the look of them after the 1st wash. Had them only 4 days but would not recommend them.

I bought two sets of bed sheets directly from the website. When they arrived I washed them on a cool gently cycle and they pilled. They are very poor quality. The fabric is very thin and I wonder if they are actually bamboo because of the rough feel.
I am waiting to hear re a refund as this purchase was a serious waste of money. I wish i had read rhe reviews before buying :/

If i could give 0 stars, I would. They have sent me the wrong product, twice. They are now ignoring emails, contact forms and phone calls. I paid for 2 sets of 100% bamboo king size sheets. I received 1 x 100%, 1 x 50% bamboo and 50% microfibre. After ignoring multiple emails they finally responded, offering to send me 2 x queen 100% bamboo sheets. I corrected them regarding the size needing to be king. They sent me 2 x 100% MICROFIBRE sheets. They have had a week to respond and resolve this and they haven't. Their negative reviews are accurate. Appalling customer service and low quality product. Don't waste your money.

I ordered 2 sheet sets of different colours but when received they were all the same colour. I wrote back to them and received a very speedy first reply to my email. I sent them what they needed eg order number and photo of the items I received to rectify the issue but since then have had absolutely no response. They just do not answer my emails!

Scam dropship company, if I could provide 0 stars I would. I ordered a bamboo sheet set and quilt set. The sheet set came first, and I had to email after 3 weeks to follow up on the quilt set which they said had been sent separately, however the tracking only confirmed it was shipped after I followed it up.

What was delivered was a Linenova Quilt set which is 100% microfibre, not bamboo. This is available on Amazon for $100 less than what I paid. I wish I’d read reviews outside of the website first. Both the sheet set and quilt set are just polyester, not bamboo.

I’ve contacted Adorearth requesting a refund given this is not what I ordered and is false advertising and they haven’t responded. Afterpay hasn’t been useful either as they’re only concerned that the product was delivered and have said to go back to the seller, who told Afterpay it was bamboo products they sent me (still haven’t responded to my email). So Afterpay is also happy to partner with scam companies. Hoping people will read these reviews rather than wasting money on this fake seller.
