Staff are friendly & always available for help if needed, the gym is clean & the range of equipment is good so you don't have too hang around waiting to use them, I have recommended energie to my work colleagues

Great range of classes
Big fan of énergie Fitness - Putney. Appreciate their range of classes and friendly staff. Good range of equipment and a myzone screen to see your performance if you have a myzone belt. Only weakness is the lack of strength based classes but there are plenty of PTs and general staff who can help with that individually.

Really enjoy the classes
Really enjoy the classes - good for a quick half hour workout or if you're wanting to try something new. The team are all really nice and friendly. 4 rather than 5 because when classes are going on, it is difficult to find a space on the floor to do your own workout without using one of the machines.

Really enjoying it!
The trainers are friendly, approachable and really take the time to show you new exercises. I’ve even had a couple of boxing pad work sessions with the trainers which have been awesome!
I’m loving the gym so far - haven’t had to wait for equipment at peak times and have really enjoyed the classes!

Fun & friendly
The staff are so helpful and kind, just dotted around if you need them but never interrupt. The actual gym is set out perfectly, with specific areas for weights or mat work if there are no classes at the time.

Good range of classes and instructors. Most are very punctual but some could be a bit more to ensure you get the full 30 mins exercise

Clean, new and expensive equipment, well structured floor space. The heavy bags and functional area are a nice change of pace, and an essential for martial artists.
Helpful, friendly staff.
Showers, toilets and lockers are all decent too.

On the positives it’s a new gym with…
On the positives it’s a new gym with good equipment and it’s always clean. On the negatives there are no classes between 10.00-12.30 am and the ones that do exist from 9.00-10.00 are made mostly for the high paying members. You made Tamara go - one of the best trainers I ever had - and I had many... I think you still haven’t made up your minds at management what you want to do. It’s a shame because I almost made your gym part of my daily routine and now I don’t feel like going anymore.
