Making life so much easier when you have cabinets that cover sockets and its hard to get to switch the light's on and off

I was impressed with the Web site and the easily understood ordering system. The PC-Automatic standby and shutdown extension lead arrived and I was impressed by the packaging. Just the cardboard box, no silly foam or other plastics. Amazon take note!

The product itself is a wee gem. Does exactly what it says on the box. I am using it for my new gaming pc, 28" monitor, 3.1 speaker system and the WiFi printer runs on the 'always on socket'. Been using it for a week and no glitches at all. Far, far better than the EON socket I was using and much much neater.

Next purchase will be the hi-fi version of the extension socket lead. Then sort out the grandchildren computers.

My experience ordering and using the kit is first class. 3 or 4 people have commented on the simplicity of the system. Definitely have no reservations recommending energenie to everyone. Now my go to supplier for extension leads etc

Wrong item sent, took long time to solve, wrong return label sent, overall it took up far too much of my time especially considering it was a large and expensive order.

No issue with the product, just the delivery / service

Emailed for a query was replied back to within 4 minutes I didn't even notice this as more emails came through my phone and didn't realise until an hour later that my query had been answered faster then flash!

After placing the order which took very little time, the delivery was extraordinary. Brilliant product especially for disabled people who find it difficult to bend. If you are looking for an out of the ordinary present to buy then this is certainly one to go for.

Ordered energy monitoring pack, light switches and sockets. very easy to connect and monitor using app. Sockets and switches respond to alexa.

Brought it for my HiFi System and it kept Tripping out my Fuse Box,so it's £20 wasted i'm afaid,think it will be ok for Lesser Powered items,the Packaging says TV,DVD,Games Console,but it was not good for my Amplifiers and Processor set up

I got the socket/Pi-mote pack in order to control the temperature in my living room, and to control some side lights. With a (Duronic) convector heater attached to one of the sockets, I now heat the room only when I need it (as opposed to all the time, with little control, using the installed storage heater). The Pi-mote was easy to set up and use. Great!
