Might give a better review if the goods I paid for ever arrive

Though there was a mix up with my order, it was resolved very quickly - great service

Item ordered late on the 2nd Jan,it arrived on the 4th. Excellent, except it was the wrong item. A phone call on the first working day assured me it would be sorted. Another phone call five days later with assurances that they would ring me to let me know what was happening. ... as of this point nothing....
A measure of real service is not a quick delivery but how problems are dealt with. So far its not looking good.

Had the starter pack for 12 months now. Gradually gets worse. No longer works with alexa, totally useless. Not very impressed,

Just got it does the job at a good price. So far so good switches the iron off after half an hour so no more leaving the iron on all day.

This was the second purchase as the first was found to be very efficient.

Great products but you need to sort your warehouse people out. First they sent me someone else's order, which you quickly rectifies when I called. Except the second delivery contained euro sockets not the UK o es I ordered, again resolved with a quick phone call.

Received item, arrived with battery cover off and cant get it to go back on. However we have taped it on and it works.

Delivery was quick, the 433Mhz Raspberry Pi switches work well.

Excellent products and service. Delivery was very fast and everything worked well.

I ordered a 30 minute run down timer plug, it was reasonably priced and arrived promptly. It does exactly what I wanted of it. Great service!

The Energenie app suggests that I can connect to Nest however there is absolutely no way it will connect. If the "works with Nest" no longer applies please remove the suggestion from the app.

The units were ordered as an addition to my heating control system. Delivery was next day,

Just install TRVs, light switches and double sockets all items work well with the app and with Alexa voice command but some times slow to respond if the network is very busy.
The biggest problem with the light switches and plug sockets is they do not fit standard metal back boxes with out fitting spacers even then their is little room in the back box. also the instructions ate very vague and in very small print.

I have Energenie TRV's and have been using them for approx 2 years. I can say I have had nothing but trouble with them. Firstly some of the TRV's just don't do anything, I've re-paired them multiple times but still nothing, I can see them in the app and they report back they are heating or cooling, but actually are doing nothing. When I go into the web front end and amend, for example, temperatures, in the activity log, more often than not is reports as a fail. Sometimes it has sent the request, but shows a fail, sometimes it is a fail. The valve motor is noisy, if you are a light sleeper, they may well wake you if you have set the temp for an early heat up. Hub coverage is not great, luckily I have 3 and use 2 of them in a largish apartment on one floor, the walls are thick though. There seems to be a difference between the functions shown in the web page and the app, it took me ages to realise I had a pair of TRV's in a group and a group temp set up for them. The app doesn't show the same info, so took me a while to figure out why the temp was wrong for those 2 TRV's. Lastly, linking to Nest, this is why I bought Energenie, at first they linked, but now they won't link, no matter how many times I try, all you get is an error saying 'oops something has gone wrong' yes a really useful error message. Searching for support info from Energenie is pointless as support documents don't seem to exist only user manuals. I'm removing the TRV's and looking for a better system, which is proving difficult if I want to use my Nest thermostat. Energenie TRV's have no ability to communicate with my boiler, the best you can hope for (if you can get it to work) is to get the TRV to follow Nest, not the smartest of systems.
