I use Endole most days to research clients and prospects, and it's become a tool I rely on. The data is accurate, it's quick to pull what I need, and the customisation options mean I can get straight to the information that matters. The design is clear and easy to navigate, and in all the time I've used it, it's never once let me down.
Happy to recommend it to anyone who needs fast, dependable company research.

I've used the service for many years and really like a lot of the features. I know that they're working on some new features too, which is great. I have watch lists set up for various companies, and it's helpful when reviewing new companies that you worked with and getting a snapshot of all of the different elements. Sometimes Companies House is more up to date, but I presume that's just a short lag between the two. So, if something is critically important, double check Companies House. Otherwise, highly recommend.

Endole is one of the best business‑information platforms I’ve used in the UK.
The interface is clean, fast, and very easy to navigate. The mobile layout could benefit from a little refinement, but the quality, depth, and accuracy of the data is outstanding — far better than many higher‑priced alternatives I’ve tried.

For reliability, usability, and value for money, Endole is an easy 9.5/10 in my opinion. A genuinely excellent and cost‑effective service.

Interesting experience- on a previous review o gave Endole one star and their only response was to flag my review as defamatory, some months later and TP overturned this position and my one star review is live once again. Looking at the reviews, it seems Endole flag negative reviews automatically, without feedback. It is simply not the type of organisation I would ever choose to work with, I neither trust their processes or attitude. I’ve given this two star review to see if it gets flagged but i would never recommend them.

Endole Business Information provides helpful services but could improve on accessibility and communication. While their team resolves issues quickly when reached, contacting them can be tricky due to nonfunctional phone lines and slow response times. Some users reported challenges with subscription cancellations or correcting data. Nonetheless, they’ve refunded errors and made proactive manual corrections when needed.

I have been trying for months now to get my personal details removed from their site. I never put them on there in the first place, as I don’t own a company and never have! Each time I get a message to say they will do this but it may take up to a few days. Several months later my details are still visible. Companies House managed it, not sure what the problem is with Endole?

I was using Duedil for a while but felt like I wasn’t getting the value I needed for the price. That’s when I decided to give Endole a shot and it’s been a game-changer. The pricing is so much better and the platform is incredibly easy to use. I didn’t need to spend hours figuring out how to find what I was looking for, everything is clear and simple. It's super easy to build lists and annual price allows to 15,000 downloads. What really stood out was the customer service. I had a couple of questions when I first signed up and they were quick to respond, super friendly and made sure I had everything I needed.

Fantastic system and even better customer service. I found the system very easy to use and entirely helpful. I'd auto-renewed just before Christmas and desperately needed the money elsewhere and once I contacted their customer service team, they were fantastic and managed to issue my refund very quickly. I will be using the system in the New Year again, once funds allow.
