I am 3 days into having my glasses and don’t see any difference. My test showed 100% blue/0% green/87% red. IDK if this puts me outside their usable parameters, but if so Enchroma should have informed... Vis mer

UPS lost/destroyed my original order. EnChroma quickly replaced the lost/destroyed order. Very good customer service in my opinion. The glasses help immensely with my color blindness!

Easy return process

Upon receiving the glasses, my husband discovered they were not progressive. I contacted Enchroma and spoke with Belle and immediately started the return process. She was very helpful and responsive. We returned the glasses the next day and are awaiting the go ahead to reorder his new glasses with the correct lens. Overall a pretty stress free experience.

Great product and service.

Test was easy and repeatable. Ordering was smooth. Fulfillment was quick. Product is great! Major improvement in performance over my earlier unit from 2018.

More colour in my life

The glasses came on time: they fit perfectly and they seem to meet my prescription exactly. I now have a bit more colour in my life!
The only negative is that delivery was made by UPS. This means that I was charged over $30 in fees by UPS in ADDITION to the normal import duty. I then even had to pay more tax on this extra charge! $30 fee just for sending me a tax bill is not reasonable.

Great customer support

Great customer support. I had an issue with my prescription and customer support was prompt to assist. I received my glasses a day earlier that anticipated and everything was perfect. This is the second pair thst I have purchased over the years. Could not be happier with the product. 10 out of 10.

My experience with EnChroma was great!

My experience with EnChroma was excellent. I had an issue with a pair of glasses and emailed them to see how it could be resolved. They got in touch with me immediately to fix the problem and replaced the glasses right away with no hassle. The staff was very friendly! Honestly, they not only sell high-quality products but also have outstanding customer service, which is just as important as product quality these days.

Exemplary Customer Service

Honestly, at first, I was not thrilled with how things were going with my order of prescription glasses with color-blind features. In my online order, I filled in everything requested of me, & even received an email that gave me an order number for the glasses. When I didn't receive any further information regarding the order, I emailed the company asking why I hadn't received anything as of yet. I immediately received an email explaining what was going on. They even waited at work for me to provide them with the necessary information, so my order could be processed that same day, ensuring I would receive it as quickly as possible. That was 12/30/25. I received the glasses on 1/12/26. That type of exemplary customer service should be copied & pasted to any & every company that has customers ;)

Got these for my fiancé

Got these for my fiancé. Watching his reaction to seeing color has been a beautiful experience. They seem to work great for him, hes still getting used to them and has to give his eyes a rest. He loves them and im so glad they worked for him!
