The glasses did not work for my husband. I sent them back the day after we received them.

Webtsite very straight forward and clear. Choices are also clear. Figuring out which flip-up size to get was also clear. Check out was efficient and clean. Last minute discount was appreciated. There's a lot of controversy out there about these lenses, but ChatGPT helped me get clear what they could do. So I'm going to give them a try.

UPS lost/destroyed my original order. EnChroma quickly replaced the lost/destroyed order. Very good customer service in my opinion.

The glasses help immensely with my color blindness!

I have purchased several of the Enchroma glasses and they work really really well. I use them for my Art work and for outside color applications. I find that the colors are much richer and brighter so it helps when I am painting indoors and (now outdoors.)

I ordered an RX replacement and it appears that I input some of the RX incorrectly. The team took care of me anyway! thank you so much - I will continue to purchase these glasses.

Glasses split on the right eye, I have had them for 15 months and love the glasses. I wrote an email and told the story of my glasses being damaged. I got a response within 3 hours and a message that they will be sending a new pair of glasses. Customer service over the top.

The Enchroma team did a great job in an unusual situation. I wanted to return my glasses given as a gift so my vision prescription could be added. It took several emails, but it all got handled professionally.

Indoor glasses restored much of my red/green vision, notably the red. Fly fishing sunglasses outside enchroma glasses seem to allow color correction out of doors.

Easy purchase process. This is at least my 8th pair in the last 8 years--I tend to beat them up, but love the product and will always be coming back when I beat up my current pair.

The glasses didn’t make any difference at all. Makes me sad because I was hoping but it is what it is.
