Empress Mimi Anmeldelser

Jezza was so helpful and reasonable. She more than made my issue right. I am confident that Empress Mimi delivers on their promises!

I had ordered a set for my wedding night that never came but I was too busy and not paying attention to my email. When I finally checked, I had multiple emails from Jezza letting me know there had been trouble with the order and doing her very best to accommodate me. She provided so much care, persistence, and timeliness to make it right.

I received a message stating that they were out of one of the items I ordered. When they told me this they offered me multiple options to solve this issue including a full refund if I wanted. I opted into store credit and received an extra 20% on top of what I had originally paid to use at a later date!

I have been subscribed on and off to Empress Mimi for the past few years. Their lingerie is so well made and just stunning. Shipping takes a while but it’s free and by regular post so that is to be expected. Their customer service is stellar, I have dealt a lot with one of their reps Jezza who has always gone above and beyond to help me with any inquires or adjustments to my orders and subscriptions.

I love this company, the products are so beautifully made.
Jezza in particular goes the full mile to be helpful and efficient.

Jezza is great,so helpful and responds super fast thank you for all of your help!

My customer service representative- Jezza, addressed my issue rapidly and completely solved my issue with kindness and empathy.

Really helpful resolution from Jezza thank you. All good!!!

Jezza was extremely helpful, understanding, considerate and kind throughout my experience with Empress Mimi.
She was willing to try to adjust my order's size after I placed it even though it was a long shot and was calm and kind to me when I got impatient and confused about the way my order arrived.
I could not be more pleased with my experience and I would highly recommend giving Jezza a raise if I am allowed.
Jezza was exceptional and truly made me feel like an empress.
I will be recommending this company to all my friends and will be returning when I need something elegant.

Jezza went above and beyond in helping me out! She was not only super quick to respond, but also extremely thorough with every answer and step of the process. I felt completely supported, and she made the whole experience stress-free by managing my queries and delivery with such care and efficiency. Truly impressed —thank you, Jezza!

Empress Mimi offers a lovely range of out of this world lingerie, with constant promos, points and subscription programs. I love the pieces are customisable in terms of the fit, however, I feel like some older models run smaller... the difference between a bra from more recent sets compared to older ones is crazy, they cups fit too big, but then going a size down affects the fit on the back and such, it can be a bit difficult sometimes to find a good fit. I will say their customer service is quite good however, they are very helpful and super nice.

I purchased the Queen subscription box for Christmas in 2023 as a gift for my wife…she has enjoyed each and every piece of lingerie that had been sent. The items very well made and look great on her. I’ve now upgraded to the Empress subscription for her…well worth the money to see her wear some very sexy lingerie. I would highly recommend the subscription boxes as a gift…you won’t regret it!

Great customer sercice from J*zza - outlining my options to pause and ultimately stopping my subscription. Always friendly, informative and polite. 😊

Jezza is such a kind and lovely professional. She went the extra mile in order to solve my problem and she did. It’s always a pleasure to deal with her. She is really from another planet. Love her !!!!

Jezza was helpful and attentive and replied in a timely manner

The subscription did not work for me because sizing is difficult. But the service have been really helpful and efficient

While the sets are beautiful, what made this purchase worth it was the customer service. I hadn’t realized how long the shipping took when I placed my order—which I was hoping to have before my first wedding anniversary. Jezza was a literal life saver! She helped me make the order express, and did everything she could to make sure I had my order before my anniversary trip (which I did!). My husband and I are both grateful lol.

Thanks so much Jezza!!
