wife sent wrong item, called to try and return item. plus get the item that she ordered. they said that they couldn't find her in their system. to call back. had to make a claim through our bank. this is just a scam company.

I ordered a dress for a wedding and it arrived 2 months later. After multiple emails, quality is sub par, they are expensive and it was not worth the dirt. They need to be shut down. How haven’t they been put out of business was yet?

Shipping delay
Shipping delay. Placed an order before 2pm like site requested. Paid $33 for expedited shipping. That was 3/6. It's 3/10. Still haven't received my order. Terrible

For at least a decade Eloquii was my go-to for quality, unique, STYLISH clothing. However, this last year or so has been all downhill. Almost every order is resulting in a return of either several or All pieces ordered. They then have the audacity to charge. Eloquii has lost it. Whom ever was the brainchild should feel shame because Eloquii used to be great. They’ve lost a loyal customer in me; unless things change, I won’t be back.
Sizing Needs Work!
The customer service could be better as it pertains to tracking info. I had to ask them to tell me where my package was in the process because the order history page doesn't update with recent information. Additionally, and the biggest issue, their sizing for plus-sized clothing is questionable. A size 18 top should at least be able to fit over the head of the person who's a size 18. A lot of the jackets and toos are too tight in the arms and across the back. I guess a good size/fit comparison would be that of Fashion Nova where its truly hit or miss with their clothes. I would recommend Eloquii get the customer service together and most importantly get the sizing right because my latest experience was not great.
Do not buy from this store - Checkout does not work for international orders
I was at Checkout, added all details and clicked "submit order". The screen on their website said "payment failed" but my bank did process the payment. Now I have 226.69 usd on hold on my credit card and this the store wouldn't do anything abut it, this was the response from Meliza P "I was at Checkout, added all details and clicked "submit order". I returned items for refund
I returned items for refund. The returned items were received by Eloquii on 1/20/2026. My refund was due to be processed not later than 2/9/2026. I called Eloquii on 2/6/2026 to check refund status. First, they claimed they received only one of two items returned. Then they said both refunds would be processed in 3 to 5 business days, which pushes due date for refunds by 2/13/2026! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not honor their refund policy and try to keep your money!
terrible policies
Took absolutely forever to get my clothes. They said it was shipped but I didn't get it for 2-weeks after. All items were too big. I sent them back and they refused to refund me because the package allegedly arrived a day after their ship date cut off. uh huh.
No delivery, No Customer Service. DO NOT BUY
I made a purchase Dec 5, 2025. I received the order confirmation immediately thereafter. On Dec 20, I got a post card stating there was an issue with my order, they had tried to reach me to no avail, and that I needes to contact them. I searched my email, including all spam, blocked and trash folders. No emails had been received. No text messages nor phones were missed either. So, I have no idea what method they used for their so-called attempts to contact me. I reached out to them on Dec 20, 2025 to inquire what the issue was. As of Jan 12, 2026, I have not received a call, email, text or any other possible method of communication from them. I have disputed the charge with my CC company.

I ordered a dress for $79 on January…
I ordered a dress for $79 on January 10, 2026. Immediately after that, a message appeared on the website stating that they temporarily do not serve international customers. I started checking my card balance and discovered that they charged my card twice.
The website almost completely restricted access to my account. No matter where I click, I see the same message saying that they temporarily do not serve international customers.
In addition, I did not receive any notification confirming that they accepted my order or that it was shipped — but the money was charged.
It is also impossible to contact customer support. They simply do not respond — neither on social media nor by email.
I contacted my bank and requested a chargeback for the charged amounts.
Heinous Experience: DO NOT ORDER FROM ELOQUII

Tired of their BS
As someone has said Eloquii is getting worse. They switched over to a new rewards program this summer without providing notice. I had $90 in rewards and after the unexpected switch...all of it was gone. Then I returned a few items through USPS (not Happy Returns...which I was told the reason they started that $10.99 return fee for administrative costs). They sent me an email and stated the items had been returned and money was refunded. Well...now I've been getting messages from them say I owe them $60 for items that weren't returned. When I contacted Customer Service they said I ddin't return a black bra...no I didn't return a black and white bra because I didn't purchase a black and white bra. Anyway, CS contact their warehouse and they said the items hadn't been returned. I guess CS showed them the email and also made note of the amount of money I spend with the brand. They said that once they have noted an invoice they can't remove it after it's been put on the account. I've spent THOUSANDS of dollars at Eloquii over the last few years (purchasing a friend and her daughter and entire wardrobe and purchasing myself an entire wardrobe due to weight loss). Anyway, this morning I see that the $100 in rewards that was there last night has turned into $20. I hadn't purchased anything with those rewards and now they're missing. They are seriously getting worse and worse and it sucks. Macy's, Walmart, and a few other stores carry the brand but they don't seem to do sales on the items
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!
Placed an order on September 17th, got an email stating it was shipped out on the 19th.
On the 20th, upon tracking, it was delivered to an address somewhere in Utah, I live in an entirely different state!
I’ve called Eloquii 5 times, all BS excuse how there’s a big problem with DHL tracking systems and that many customers packages have been shipped to other addresses not their own. Um what?!
No refund, no coupon, nothing! This company has gone down hill and I will no longer be dealing with them.
Thinking about taking to social media as well to alert other customers of this scam they’ve got going on.
I ordered pants on September 3
I ordered pants on September 3. The tracking said delivered on September 12 but I did not receive. I called customer service on September 23 and they said it is still enroute and it is a DHL issue with incorrect tracking. The company normally ships out of Ohio. I live in Tennessee. No way it is still enroute. They would not refund my money. Told me to wait until October 3. Insane.
Product never received, refund not provided
I placed an order on July 30, 2025 and paid for express shipping (states up to 4 business days). I sent an email on Aug 8th requesting order status. Received a response three days later saying that it could take up to 10 business days for express shipping. Sent another email requesting order status on Aug 19th, received a response on Aug 21st that the package was returned to them, and a refund was issued to my credit card on Aug 20th, and would take up to 10 days to show up on my card. Sent a follow up on Sept 5th, 9th and 10th as the refund has not been received. No response. I have now disputed the charge with my bank. Horrible customer service. Will never order again.
Horrible
Horrible. I have been shopping from ELOQUII for years. Based in Jamaica, I send my orders to my US mail sending service. This has always worked. What was also great was the reward system. Since it changed ownership, reward points have not been honored. Now I can’t have my items shipped to my mailing address in the US because my billing address is in Jamaica. They have lost a customer. Extremely disappointed.
It just keeps getting worse
It just keeps getting worse. This is my second issue with Eloquii. The first time the two day shipping took much longer and came after the event I needed it for. They wouldn’t even cancel the order when it was still in the distribution center.
This time they sent the wrong size skirt and were going to force me to return it in order to be refunded $30.
In what world is $30 worth risking bad reviews everywhere and losing a customer that spends hundreds if not thousands a year?
Give people an option for store credit or just refund it for something that small. Then you earn a customer for life and potentially even a second when the wrong size skirt makes it to someone else it does fit.
FIX YOUR SHIPPING
Whatever system they are using for shipping and returns is abysmal. Saying the standard shipping is 20 days when this is all within the United States of America is insane. Not to mention, I returned some items and they are now LOST. Change your shipment system; it is a complete disaster. I have been a customer for years, and I'm about to pack it in. Every single change that they have made in the past few years has lowered the quality of the brand. You're cutting corners, and IT IS noticed.
