Hoi Margot,

Izzy A.

Hi Margot,

Thank you for sharing your feedback — we truly regret that you’ve been left feeling this way.

At Ellasie, we take every single order seriously and we do everything we can to ensure each customer is treated fairly and respectfully. In your case, we fully understand your frustration, as waiting so long for a parcel is never acceptable.

Unfortunately, your order (number 2409) was indeed affected by a delay and was ultimately lost by PostNL, which is completely beyond our control. That said, to prove once again that we stand by our customers and are absolutely not a scam, we have already refunded your order in full. This means you have not lost your money — we’ve resolved this for you as promised.

We’re very sorry that you’ve had this negative experience with the courier. We want you and anyone reading this to know that we remain fully committed to honest communication, real solutions, and making sure no customer is left empty-handed.

If you ever have any questions or need further assistance, our support team is always here for you at help@ellasie.com.

Thank you again for your patience and for giving us the chance to put this right.

Kind regards,
Izzy A.

Hi Sherris,

First and foremost, we’ve responded to all your emails promptly and have already offered a full refund, as per our satisfaction guarantee. We're committed to standing by our policies and always do our best to make things right for our customers.

Regarding your concern about the product being "fake" — please rest assured that our gummies and all other products are 100% authentic and safe, manufactured in GMP-certified facilities and compliant with EU health regulations. We ship directly from our international warehouse, which includes China, Germany, UK and US, but that doesn’t mean the products are not legitimate. In fact, we hold all necessary certifications and quality documentation.

The absence of a barcode in your batch is due to a packaging update currently being rolled out — not a reflection of product authenticity or safety.

We’re a verified, growing brand already available on Amazon UK and expanding to Amazon NL, DE, and FR — platforms that require strict compliance.

To claim we’re a “scam” while ignoring our refund offer and communication efforts is not only misleading but harmful.

Lastly, our contact email and support system are fully operational. If you’re still facing any issues, we kindly invite you to respond to our last message so we can promptly resolve this for you.

This review was probably left in bad faith or with competitive intent. We encourage full transparency — our team is here, active, and ready to resolve genuine issues.

Thank you,
Team Ellasie

Hi Marwa,

We're genuinely sorry to see this review — especially since we've responded promptly and professionally to all your messages through our official contact form and email support.

According to the tracking information (which we’ve shared), your parcel is now in the final delivery stage and is scheduled to arrive tomorrow 📦.

As your order contains health and wellness supplements, it was subject to standard customs clearance and security checks, which may extend delivery times — something outside of our control, but required for all reputable international shipments.

We’d also like to clarify that Ellasie is a registered, fully transparent brand, trusted by thousands of customers across Europe. We take pride in our products, our service, and the relationships we build with customers who value honesty, quality, and patience.

While we always strive to provide a smooth and supportive experience, we understand that our brand may not be the right fit for everyone — and that’s okay too.

If you still need assistance after your parcel arrives tomorrow, we remain fully available and happy to help via our website contact form or official email support.

Hi Megan,

Thank you for your feedback — we genuinely appreciate all reviews, including critical ones, as they give us the opportunity to clarify important aspects of how we operate.

Regarding the images you've referenced: some licensed before/after visuals are provided by manufacturers or labs under commercial usage agreements. These visuals may also appear on other legitimate retailers' websites — which is permitted under the licensing terms. This does not indicate false advertising, nor does it compromise the integrity, safety, or effectiveness of our products.

At Ellasie, we are a fully registered brand operating across the UK, EU, AU and North America. Our products are manufactured in certified, CE, GMP and ISO-compliant facilities, and we comply with strict health and advertising regulations — including image licensing, product testing, and truthful marketing.

That said, we fully understand your concern and are actively working to feature more original customer-submitted content and real user testimonials. Transparency and trust are central to our values.

We welcome anyone to contact us directly through our official website for detailed information on our certifications, sourcing, or product documentation. We’re proud of the quality we deliver — and we remain committed to honesty, compliance, and customer care at the highest level.

Warm regards,
The Ellasie Team
