Waardeloos bedrijf!
Onlangs de Elektor Audio Collection USB stick gekocht. Probleem is dat de "Audio Collection Deel 3" er helemaal niet op staat dan alleen de PCB layouts. En verder kan ik die Audio Special deel 4 niet openen. Is gewoon een leeg bestand. Hier is wel voor betaald. De Elektor hierover enkele mails over gestuurd. Op geen enkele mail een reactie. Werkelijk niks. De enigste mail die ik na deze aankoop ontvangen heb, is dat ik bij de volgende bestelling korting krijg. Dit bedrijf is werkelijk nog niet eens 1 ster waard. Ongelooflijk zeg!!

Hartelijk dank voor uw bericht en het delen van uw ervaring. U heeft helemaal gelijk: de reactie die u tot nu toe van ons ontvangen heeft, was absoluut geen passende oplossing voor de problemen met uw bestelling. Onze excuses dat u zo lang zonder reactie bent gebleven en dat u niet heeft ontvangen waar u voor betaald heeft. Dat had nooit mogen gebeuren.
Om dit recht te zetten hebben wij inmiddels een nieuwe zending voor u klaargemaakt met een vervangende USB-stick, waarop de volledige en correct werkende versies van de Elektor Audio Collection Deel 3 en Audio Special Deel 4 staan. U ontvangt deze binnenkort bij u thuis.
Wij hopen dat dit het ongemak enigszins goedmaakt en u alsnog plezier zult beleven aan de collectie. Mocht er onverhoopt toch nog iets ontbreken of niet goed functioneren, laat het ons dan direct weten zodat wij dit onmiddellijk kunnen oplossen.
Nogmaals onze welgemeende excuses voor de slechte ervaring en dank voor uw geduld.

I placed an order from your website on…1 june 2025
I placed an order from your website on June 1, 2025, on the same day I received a link to track your shipment to me in Sweden, but since GLS is not in Sweden, I could not search for the package.
However, I could see on GLS tracking that the package had been sent to Poland and delivered there……Why then?
I wrote to your support on June 10, 2025, on June 11 I received a response from your support, with another link from GLS, which, in principle, showed that the package was in Holland, which could not be the case because I had no way that this was sent to Poland….So what was true…..?
I replied to you on June 11 that your link that you had sent did NOT show where my package was…..
On June 12, 2025, your support replied that they would investigate where the package was…..
On June 17, 2025, your support replied to me that the package was at ICA Malmborgs in Limhamn, so I picked up my package then…..
Does Elektor really think this is good service?
If your support had already found out where the package was on June 10, I would have been more satisfied with your commitment, but that an order that was placed on June 1, 2025 in Holland will take 17 days to reach Sweden is not good service.
That your support has not checked where the package was to be sent to, that is, Sweden, and that your response with tracking really showed where the package really was is also incredibly bad!
No, that you do not have better routines to handle your deliveries is incredibly bad!

We understand your frustration regarding the confusion and delays surrounding your shipment. Please allow us to clarify that we, as the sender, do not receive real-time updates or notifications about every tracking event once a parcel is in transit. Unfortunately, this includes cases where something goes wrong, such as a misrouting or delay. We only become aware of issues when customers notify us, as you did, and we then do our best to resolve the situation as quickly and accurately as possible.
Please also note that once a package has left our facility, it is handled by external logistics partners (such as GLS and their local delivery partners in your country). We have no control over the routing process, and we rely on the accuracy and timeliness of the tracking data they provide.
That said, we agree that the delivery should not have taken 17 days, and we completely understand that this was not the level of service you expected — nor the standard we strive to uphold. We will internally evaluate your case to see how we can improve our communication and follow-up processes going forward.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your feedback. It helps us work toward providing better service in the future.

Ik ga hier niet opnieuw meetapparatuur aanschaffen. Oke, er stond een leuke korting op maar dan moeten ze geen tweedehands rommel naar mij sturen. Ik kocht een Owon miltimeter/oscilloscoop maar deze is beschadigd en zonder screenprotectie geleverd. Jammer dat men denkt zo met klanten om te kunnen omgaan.

The Tale of the Vanishing Delivery Date
Once upon a time, a man named Thomas ordered a magical device called the QA403. The merchant, Elektor, promised it would return to stock on April 7th. Gold was paid, hopes were high.
But lo! The date moved. First “mid-April,” then “week of May 7,” and now “mid-May.” When Thomas asked why, a clerk named Cindy replied, “It was always a preorder” – though Thomas had scrolls (screenshots) proving otherwise.
Each time he looked, the delivery date had changed, like a trick played by a lazy court jester hoping no one would notice.
Now Thomas waits one last time. Should the package not arrive by May 13th, he will summon the ancient powers of Refund, and write this tale on the stone walls of PayPal.
Moral: Beware merchants who shift their promises as easily as wind moves a banner.
And so it came to pass that Marleen of House Elektor spoke — her words soft as velvet, woven with apologies and tales of shifting fates. She spoke of tracking scrolls, of unforeseen delays, and of suppliers as fickle as spring weather.
Thomas read her letter with a raised brow and a weary sigh. He acknowledged the courtesy, yet could not forget how the promised date danced like a mirage — close, then gone, again and again.
But lo! The magical device, the fabled QA403, had finally crossed the seven logistics realms and arrived at his humble lab. With tempered hope, he unpacked it. For even the most noble promises lose their luster when bathed too often in the rain of postponement.
Thus ends the second act. Whether trust shall bloom anew remains to be seen. But Thomas, now wiser and armed with patience (and PayPal still sheathed), awaits the first measurement.
Moral: When merchants sway like reeds in the wind, the wise buyer knots his expectations to sturdier posts.
