If you subscribe know it is for a LIFETIME! This site has taken $13.99 from me every month since October of 2024 today being April 11, 2026. I discovered early on that my granddaughter did not use the site so I submitted cancellation in 2024. And several times since then.

While I have attempted to cancel this subscription several times over this 15 months. EVERY MONTH $13.99 is deducted from my account with NO chance of a refund.

Today I contacted my bank and they have submitted a stop pay on this account. If $13.99 is taken again I will contact every news station in my area!

Their iOS app charged me twice for the same monthly subscription. Their system allowed two identical subscriptions for the same account, which should never happen. When I contacted support, they provided no help and just redirected me to Apple. Terrible user experience and extremely poor customer service.

The film was personal films of Elvis.
He expressed his views on some.
He was relaxed with his fellow artists.

It also showed him in concert that is never seen before.

When you came out of the cinema you felt like you had been to an Elvis concert.

Well done to Buz for bringing us this film.

You must go and see it, if you are an Elvis fan.

Got it at start of school year and it’s been a game changer. Total game changer. I’ll never totally understand what actually gets these boys into the stories they like. I would have chosen different titles than they do but that’s the point. They’re finding what they like and then I’m making them explain to me what they like and why they chose it. Tons of titles to choose from. And here’s to seeing more in the future. They’re always adding new ones. I’m dreaming of the days I can read Roald Dahl titles. But this is exactly what we needed in our house.

Epic offers a wild range of age appropriate books the help develop reading habits in a fun and engaging way. The interface is easy to use ....and my kids enjoy exploring stories independently .it is great resource for both learning and entertainment

My kids have been using Epic for years now in the class room. I've noticed they are more engaged and motivated to read. This family loves Epic!

I use epic with my kids to read books. Well....mainly cat ninja. They love the app. The books are all kids books, I never see a novel on it.

This website used to be good for reading, but now 90% of its books are behind a paywall, and that really sucks.

Epic is my #1 reading resource to use with my students for in the classroom. The read-to-me option is amazing for developing readers and allows them to be independent. My own kids at home love to get on and read as well!

I am writing this review to warn every potential customer in the strongest possible terms: STAY AWAY. This company is not just incompetent; it is a scam operation that will steal your money and then punish you for trying to get it back.

Here is my experience, which they will inevitably try to "resolve" privately after seeing this:

INTENTIONAL BILLING AFTER CANCELLATION: I explicitly attempted to cancel my service. Despite this, they CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD. This is not a "billing error." This is a deliberate, predatory practice designed to siphon money from customers who think they've ended the relationship.

FINANCIAL HOSTAGE-TAKING: When I did the only logical thing and DISPUTED THE FRAUDULENT CHARGE with my bank, this company's response was to LOCK MY ACCOUNT. So not only did they steal money, but they are now holding the services I already paid for HOSTAGE. I cannot access anything. This is the digital equivalent of a shakedown: "Pay us the money we stole, or you get nothing."

A PATTERN OF DECEIT: Do not be fooled by their positive reviews. Spend two minutes sorting by lowest ratings and you'll see this is a consistent, malicious pattern. They charge after cancellation, ignore communications, and then weaponize account access.

DAMAGE CONTROL OVER CUSTOMER CARE: And here's the most telling part—this company actively monitors review platforms for negative feedback. Instead of fixing their systemic fraud, they try to sweep it under the rug. They will undoubtedly reply to this review with a canned "We're so sorry, please reach out to us to resolve this!" That is a TACTIC, not a solution. Their goal is to get you to remove this public warning so they can continue scamming others without consequence. Every problem becomes a private conversation they can delay, ignore, and mismanage.

They do not care about service. They care about extracting money and silencing criticism. They operate in bad faith at every turn.

ADVICE TO CONSUMERS: Do not give them your payment information.

If they have charged you wrongfully, DO NOT CANCEL THE DISPUTE with your bank. Follow through. Report them to the Better Business Bureau and your local consumer protection agency.

Spread the word. They rely on silence.
This company is a textbook example of unethical business practices. You have been warned. Save your money, your time, and your sanity.

I was reading a book called "Math at the game". The information wasn't great but I kept reading and found a huge error. The one page had a picture in it, I looked at the picture and the numbers were completely wrong. As a baseball player it is really annoying to see such a big error. Another problem I had was that when I searched up women's hockey there was one book about women's hockey. I play hockey as well and ringette, which is very similar to hockey. I was very disappointed to see that there wasn't one book about ringette. This is why I am writing this review.

Amazing app started reading it at school in fourth grade and I was obsessed then I got my mom to by Epic family sense then I have read read 311 books 100 hours which is a week and also I just want to say I love the Epic originals plus you can download books for a car ride our just for the bus you get a ton normal books graphic novels read to me’s and some audiobooks however I would enjoy more audiobooks and by the way this is coming from a fifth grader

Very bad aggressive customer service

After duplicate purchase
They refuse to refund or do anything
And determined to dispute fight for every penny

There is no cursive book I really wanna see it
