Placed my order online for a Roberts iStream 3L DAB radio. I’m delighted with the radio. It’s extremely straightforward to set up with some great features and the sound quality is superb. My only slight criticism is that it doesn’t have an inbuilt chargeable battery rather than standard or rechargeable batteries not supplied. But that is the only negative comment I can add.
I would like to mention how helpful Mark in the sales department was in dealing with my questions. This will be my first port of call for future electrical purchases. A 5 star experience

Be careful!!!!!!!!!! Avoid this company at all cost. So rude customer service. They don’t explain fully if you ask them something and then if its some problem they will tell you different things what you ‘ve been told before. Just avoid them at all costs.And one of the team member was scaring me several times to drop the call while I was asking the question about my problem.
P.S I want to update my review. The reply the electricshop provided is nothing but a lie and play with words and tricks)))) I mentioned after telling them about the tv scratch and exchange also I found the tv a bit smaller and and I wanted to exchange it and I would pay extra cost. Also after contacting the samsung shop for they gave a case number and the electricshop told me it was call reference number. They have no idea about anything…When I asked them about the tv warranty they told me 1 year and never specified it was 48 hours about the scratches. All they do is play tricks and okay with words. good luck everyone contacting with them))))))

DAB + radio…
We needed a DAB+ radio for my wife to continue listening to Classic FM.
I plucked electricshop from a search. We had selected a radio that was No 1 on the best buys list by Classic FM. It was out of production.
The electric shop suggested an alternative. We researched, chose a different model. This was available and supplied within 24 hours. Th radio was well parceled and "unbreakable" by the courier. Communication between the electric shop and me was swift and helpful. In hindsight,the price paid was competitive but not an issue.

Ordered a vinyl player and was a brilliant price- delivery speedy. Unfortunately after a couple of days - product was jumping and emailed for support. The company were very helpful and communication was great- especially with it being the xmas period. A new replacement needle was sent quickly and vinyl player working great again!

I ordered an LG television, and the website was easy to navigate, and the television was cheaper than other sites. I received a call to discuss delivery, and the call was followed up with an email, and it was delivered on time. The team responded quickly to queries. I would recommend this organisation and I would use them again.

Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service and friendly staff. Ordered a network CD player late on Christmas Eve, it was delivered on 28th within the time slot notified for that day. Unfortunately when I tried to use it that evening it didnt work properly so dropped them an E-mail the next morning, they were back in touch and arranged a replacement which they delivered the same afternoon (29th) and its all good. Never had such good service and their prices are competitive too.

Have live stock levels on their site and still managed to oversell to me and a friend.
Reckon they can't get any more stock in to honour the deal but conveniently the price has gone up.

I ordered the audio pro c5a as I bought the t3 model for my partner 2 years back , I did try to cancel as I didn’t think it would be powerful enough and I wanted the next size up , Ken said unfortunately it had already been shipped , well I’m glad I didn’t , it’s amazing , the sound is awesome in my man cave , the service from these people is fantastic, I will definitely buy from again
Not so clear, clearpay
Overall a great experience with this company, a wonderful product that turned up well within the 3 days quoted.
My only annoyance is with clearpay credit, it should say in big bold letters that the 4 payments are taken every 2 weeks not monthly as most people would automatically expect. I know I should have read the small print but most people do not, and they took the 1st payment before I had even received the item.
Other than this I will not hesitate to use Electricshop again.
Ninja multi cooker died!
My 15 month old £230 Ninja multi cooker stopped working suddenly. The fan broke. Out of retailer warranty and I hadn't registered it with Ninja for a 2 year warranty. I use it every day and was dreading having to buy a new one
Mark at electricshop.com was great. Replied first thing next morning. Was there to help and followed up with a phone call. Ninja verified the issue over a video call and Mark arranged a new unit to come which arrived a couple of days later.
Top class service. Will definitely look to use this company again!
