Brilliant, quick service and great pricing.

Easy to use web site. Great price and quick delivery. Purchased a Roberts Blutune 300 radio / CD player. Very happy with both product and service.

I can't praise ElectricShop highly enough. Rang up about an open box item on their website and spoke to Ed. He found that the item had been sold, but was able to offer a brand new one at a really good price. And I had it in my hands 36 hours later (on a Saturday!).

Ed was really helpful and efficient. It's so unusual, these days, to actually speak to a human being who then really makes things happen. A fantastic customer experience.

Purchased a washing machine that was not as described was to large for our kitchen contacted them as was told to alter my kitchen to make it fit refused a refund after weeks of calls finely took washer back but charging me nearly £100 to return it do not buy from these jockers still no refund as of yet

Great service and excellent time delivery

Bought a Samsung washing few months back...its been making a knocking noise from day one..
I've been dealing with Sonny who promises everything and delivers nothing...I've had 3 engineers out and 2 over the phone trouble shooting and it's still knocking like a bag of spanners...I've asked for my case to be referred to a manager or a boss but always refused...I've asked for a replacement but refused..issue still ongoing..still awaiting Sonny to get back to me after numerous promises..purchased through Amazon so only option to prepare a case with them..I've been more than accommodating in trying to accept a repair on a brand new and quite expensive washing machine..bad experience with this company

Not helpful at at all. Bought a Dyson fan. Stopped working after a few days. Asked to speak to a manager was told the manager was in meetings all day. Asked for a complaint to be logged Sunny the agent refused to log a complaint and told me to email. Terrible

Turntable arrived very well packaged. Delivery was on time, all fine.

Initial item was received damaged, not the fault of ElectricShop it must have been damaged when packed by Ninja, Ed in customer services resolved the complaint and went above and beyond even following up via telephone a few days later, he was a pleasure to deal with and he is an asset to your company, I would 100% recommend

The company offered the LG TV at a great price and the web site made it easy to order. Within an hour or so I received a call to arrange delivery. Brilliant.

Outstanding service. Emailed to check stock on a speaker after closing Wednesday. They responded first thing Thursdsy. Ordered Thursday lunchtime. Arrived by 10:00am Friday.

Polite, helpful and speedy. Best of all the ebony Klipsch RP-404C MkII was £70 chesper than any other supplier.

Bought a Washing machine Bosch with a big company and they failed the delivery cause they have a big van and they were too lazy too do some reverse in my small driveway, after that they planned a new delivery after 10 days, I chose this company and they have been much faster( delivered after just 1 day with the same type of Van and was all perfect, very good customer service, I read some bad comments about it, it’s not true, I don’t remember the name of the guy but he was really kind and followed me through the process, thanks so mich , highly recommended

Arrived promptly, well packaged, and for a good price

Ordered a mini hi-fi unit on Friday (they were the best price by far) with free 3/4 day delivery. It arrived on Sunday.

Their website had an article discussing the differences between the current/old/older version of the unit. Wow. Like, really, wowsa.

I bought a washing machine, when received was faulty. would not replace and told me I had to go through Hotpoint (would only sort it out 2-3 weeks later) which legally I did not have to with it being within the 30 days of purchase. he refused to help and told me i was unwilling when I didnt go through hotpoint which was also advised by CAB. Finally returned it for a refund but took a week for them to receive it back and then further week to check if it was faulty (IT WAS). Completely goes against consumer rights and when questioned on this, argues and blames you. would never shop there again.

Can't rate this shop highly enough. Purchased a Denon hifi system which arrived with faults. Reported these - had a call back within half an hour and a replacement unit was dispatched, with faulty one being collected when it was delivered.
Efficient, courteous and friendly service. First time I've given them my custom - won't be my last. And in case anyone feels nervous about not going to a 'bigger name shop', these guys are part of Euronics.

I brought a Hoover washing machine new and after about 12 washes the motor blew up and the main electronic board was broke and almost caught fire, luckily it was Sunday morning and I was at home when I smelled the smoke. This so called business refused to get involved and told me I had to deal with the manufacturers of the product, a useless Italian company called Hoover Candy. After numerous weeks and numerous phone calls back and forward and an engineer visit this shop finally relented after I had got an “UPLIFT NUMBER” from the manufacturers and made me wait a further 2 weeks to come and pick it up. I had to wait another 2weeks for a refund which they begrudgingly paid me. They then refused to pay me my full refund and kept £20 which was the original delivery charge!! They were annoyed that I didn’t want to re-order from them as I had lost all faith in them.
The whole saga was about 2 months!!
Be warned don’t use this company, absolute rubbish customer service !!
